I have had zero problems logging in to eBay. That is, until, August 14, 2025. Now, I am getting an error stating that their server is down. I have cleaned my cache, cookies, turned off all of my Ad Blocking extensions, and I am still experiencing problems. Now, I have absolutely no problems logging into eBay via Microsoft Edge. As for security softer, all I am using is Windows Defender. What is going on? Please assist. I look forward to hearing from you and time is of the essence. Thank you.

I'm trying to assist someone with a weird problem when using Facebook Chats from a Windows 10 Acer laptop. Often when they send a message, it disappears from their chat history BUT it stays in the recipients chat log. The recipient can reply to it but the original sent message stays gone from the senders history, it doesn't reappear when the recipient responds. Previous sender message history remains unaffected. Also if someone send them a message it will often disappear before they get a chance to read it, or it disappears shortly thereafter. I have tried clearing the cache etc to no avail. Any suggestions please?

I’ve noticed the bloxstrap download page doesn’t load smoothly in firefox, while it works fine in chrome. sometimes the buttons don’t respond unless I refresh. Is this a caching or compatibility thing with firefox?

I am unable to use my Mozilla FIrefox on my laptop to shop at Kohl's online and also Victoria's Secret. Any fixes you might recommend? These are the only two that I have identified so far. Thank you! Susan

I typically use Firefox every month to access my Xfinity and Verizon accounts to download my billing statements for expense reports. I have noticed recently that Firefox will not show the complete website for Xfinity.com, where I can see my billing statement (after login), but if I copy/paste the link to Chrome, it shows the complete site and billing statement immediately. Is there an option to restore functionality to Firefox?

Please take a look at the screenshot. When I try to log into my Amazon seller account, I get this screen. I uninstalled Firefox and then installed the latest version. That didn't change anything. I can log in with Google Chrome.

I am an EX EU employee and have access via a double authenticated procedure to the "EU LOGIN" which gives me access to several internal webpages of my former work organisation. The most important is the access to the HEALTH SERVICE, which actually is blocked since one week-- and now it seems like this-- through your web browser. I am an ancient Mozilla user and supporter. After claiming my help desk in EU that my EU LOGIN is blocked, I got the answer, try to use another browser- and I saw that with another browser it worked. What happened with Mozilla? Do you want me to go to apple-microsoft or what ever?

Smugmug stopped working overnight. We can't access our wedding pictures. I can tolerate features not working on other sites with Firefox but this truly is the last straw. Safari here I come if this doesn't get resloved quickly.

I have told from my Apple-tech councilors to touch base with Fire fox concerning your new version of your browser doesn't materializing viewer wise on certain sites I can't not to my hotmail.com account and also Youtube as well. Blank-grey images on these sites. I have your app on my settings but it won't download your app. What's up with that because if this issue isn't solved in about 24-72hrs.,I will no choice switch browsers okay.

FireFox has been very slow and "sticky" when accessing some sites. I have Windows 11 installed on a Dell XPS8930 desktop. Other browsers (Brave and Edge) do not have this same problem. The problem most often shows up with FOX NEWS.com. Is there an issue with FireFox and FOX News?

Apparently, Twitch classified the latest version of FireFox as an unsupported Browser.

I tried to log in on Chrome and it worked normally.

I've had increasing issues with Firefox performance over the past month or so. I kept hoping an update might fix things but it's getting to the point I need to use Chrome much of the time now. I read the help article for websites not opening with Firefox but opening with another browser and had already done most of the things: clearing data and cache. I don't know what proxy is but I looked at my Chrome settings and changed Firefox to match (automatically detect settings). Nothing has helped. Sometimes a site won't open and sometimes I get into a website and then a random page within the website won't open. I have only a few pages open at a time. It might have started at some point after adding Facebook container to the extensions. Other extensions are: Duck Duck Go, Malwarebytes, Google Analytics opt-out, Read Aloud and U-Block Origin. Any help appreciated. LC

Hi, Guys: I can't determine, if it's a Firefox issue, or a Yahoo issue, but you are easier to contact, so I'll start here! When using Firefox, to access my Yahoo email, if I compose an outgoing email, and use the "BCC List", to add blind copy email addresses, once I get to the bottom, and hit "Done", it is frozen. I can't add the chosen addresses, to the email, under "BCC". This started happening, about the time, Firefox updated your browser. If this isn't a problem with your browser, then it must be a Yahoo issue (which I suspect!). Please let me know, what you think, and if Yahoo, I'll TRY, to contact them. Firefox wont allow me to sign on to my banking website. When I use Mocrosoft Edge search engine, I can get in. But Firefox is my default. Theres other websites that also tell me it wont function properly because of "AdBlock". I have no clue where or what setting(s) I would use to correct any of this. Im using Windows 10.
