Hi. I've recently lost the ability to have a unified in-box. I have five e-mail accounts, all of which are IMAP accounts. In addition, with the recent thunderbird upgrade my windows 10 pc client has moved each e-mail account around (up and down) and I can't figure out how to change the location in the left pane or otherwise order / align the e-mail accounts. Any assistance appreciated.

Not a question, but an ANSWER. You could get double or triple the contributions, if you gave the users some kind of RECOGNITION! I've made several contributions over the years, and I've received zero acknowledgement. Why don't you software geniuses do some coding to RECOGNIZE THE PEOPLE WHO SUPPORT YOU. Make a little logo that pops up in the browser and email screens acknowledging the user as a "Supporter of Firefox/Thunderbird Software," ...or something like that. Go ahead! Just received an email asking for financial support for Thunderbird. Happy to help, as T'bird is great, but was wondering if I can just make a monthly payment to cover both Firefox and Thunderbird? If so, where would I go on the site? Dave

1--Had to reload TB and some how I ended up with 2 identical accounts. One account has the word (IMAP) after my account name (e-mail address) if that helps.

2--Here is the weird one. All of my e-mail is coming into my TRASH folder instead of my INBOX.

Thunderbird gives an error message when I try to add a second email address. It is a Charter Communications Spectrum email address. Checked and rechecked the email address and password. I called the Spectrum help line and verified I had the correct server, incoming port, outgoing port, SSL on. Do not know how to proceed to use this email address on Thunderbird.

Good morning, I would like to cancel the subscription of an email account that I no longer have enabled. A few days ago I was charged for the service and I have not used this email address for 6 months. I would appreciate it if that amount could be reimbursed.

The account I want to cancel is mcost001@contratistas.codelco.cl. The credit card associated with the charge ends in the numbers 3028.

I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue.

I can't send emails anymore. For a reason, from now on my server cannot handle encrypted passwords (I'm literally translating from French so I hope I'm using the right words). I tried to change my settings from encrypted to normal password, but it cannot work with these either. It used to work before, like for years. And now I get an error message. The message says that (in my case) I should contact my messaging service or provider. So here I am ! I'm not very comfortable with Thunderbird and I don't know what to do... It would be very kind to help me or to redirect me to another service that could solve this issue.

I'm having trouble with Time Warner/Spectrum email and attempting to change my Bartesian account to use [edited] @gmail instead of [edited] @neo.rr.com can you help me.

It's sort of difficult for me to explain. Other than I have used both Mozilla and Google. I have a Gmail account and a Proton mail account and I changed my email for Gmail by eliminating the last four digits of my social security number. Which used to be my Gmail address and I believe that I was using my last four digits for my proton mail account also? But to be honest I am not really sure of that? So to attempt to simplify my situation. [edited] @gmail.com is my email address for Gmail and I really don't know if I changed this for proton mail account also. I am definitely getting old. Because I will be 68 on the 23 of this month. And I remember the days when none of this even existed. So I am sure that there must be someone who can help me straighten this mess that I created out and please help me simplify my life again. Thanks to whoever reads this and replies. They have to understand that cell phones didn't exist for me and many others when I was young. Computers didn't exist as we know them then either. But obviously I have learned alot in my 68 years of existence.
