Recently I started receiving Firefox alerts when I attempt to use my ActivClient CAC login See Figure _01. Entering my CAC pin into the ActivCLient dialog and everything works fine (see FIgure_02). But I can't figure out wht the alert notice is telling me or why it has started all of a sudden.

I can log into the RYA site, I then want to access a specific part of their site (Cerificate Administration), I click on CAdmin but nothing happens. I have contacted the RYA who have acknowledge a problem exists and sent me a message, which is below, unfortunetly I do not undestand what they want me to do on Firefox - do you understand? Can you help please?.

I have 3 email accounts linked with Thunderbird on my computer that I have had linked for many years. 2 are different names @ 1 address and the 3rd is a different address. All email addresses are with the same company - JustHost.

The 3rd works fine - can send and receive.

The first 2 can send but not receive.

Any ideas why 2 are not working but the 3rd is?

When I export the data I get three date/time fields with numbers in exponential notation that will not covert to a date in MS Excel, e.g., "1.50931E+12" What am I doing wrong?

I select multiple files in File Explorer and select, right click, Send To, Thunderbird, but only one of the files actually appears in the Thunderbird email. It appears that which one shows up as an attachment to the email is quite random. This used to work fine with all the selected files showing in the email, I haven't upgraded anything so far as I know, and I don't think I have changed anything at all. Any ideas most welcome. Incidentally, if I select only one file to send then it works fine; if I select multiple files to send through Outlook, then that works fine. I just cannot send multiple files through Thunderbird. I am using Thunderbird version 115.4.1 (64 bit). I have looked at the issue on Microsoft pages and they are of the opinion that this is a Thunderbird issue, not a Windows one. I recently purchased a Sandisk Ultra Flair flash drive because I wanted to password protect some files. The flash drive requires me to download the Private Access software from the Western Digital web site. When I try to do this the Mozilla browser states "Malicious Download Detected" and cancels the download. Does anyone have any suggestions? I went to the Privacy and Security part of Settings, and unchecked the Deceptive Content setting, but Firefox still would not let me download the software. Perhaps the change to the setting I tried did not register in Settings, but here I am asking for your help. Thanks.

I have been using Firefox for years. Recently my browser developed a glitch. I uninstalled Firefox then reinstalled it. That part went fine. I find the newer version very user unfriendly. There is no home page button and I cannot figure out how to add one. Your bookmarks are awful. It tries to be intuitive but in the end all it does is takes 3 to 4 steps to do something that used to bee done in one. This is not an improvement. I want a bookmark list not a not a most recent list. This is a major pain in the a.. . I do not want to stop using Firefox but this user unfriendliness is a major problem. Not quite sure what to do.

when the change occurs on Nov1 from firefox to Mozilla do I need to sign in using my current password or will mozilla already know that and I can just access my email and other things by hitting the mozilla icon I do not know if I remember my firefox email password

it seems to me that there are quite a few questions in the forum about the backgound update process. It has bugged me for a long time that my Firefox would every now and then just refuse to open a new page and force me to restart.

Only now did I learn that this changes when de-selecting the (recommended) "automatically install updates" option. The wording used does not make clear that automatically installing updates sometimes renders Firefox inoperable until a restart. I would love to see at least a "learn more" link there? I chose "automatically" but then was cursing every time Firefox refused to open a new page in the middle of my work. Then I failed to connect this to the choice I had made weeks or months back.

I assume this is through some little helper process, which perhaps is not popular on MacOS.

But: would it not be possible to at least point to these options from the message that says that Firefox needs to restart so people know they have a choice? Even better would be to have a "not now" button but I realize there might be technical reasons why we cannot have that.

Youtube is broken on my Firefox and doesn't load properly a majority of the time. Youtube works fine in private mode and other browsers. Please see picture attached to see what my page looks like when Youtube loads. Any fixes?

I can't access my account anymore, this one was created by linking the mail address used for the account which apparently i never did. I tried every password i commonly used and none of them worked, so I think that this one was auto-generated and then saved, in my firefox account... What is really killing me is the 7 years of bookmarks and password that are locked behind this password, i can access the account by password recovery but that would defeat the purpose since I just learned that its linked to my data. I just changed my OS back to windows so file recuperation is gonna be a pain/impossible. The way i understand things i have to make my peace with all the websites I accumulated for years (and also the PWs) or wait and don't touch my PC because the firefox folder that was deleted was on the same HDD that i used for the new OS. Of course all of this wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have had a problem to my phone and send it back to the constructor for the warranty, which means if I'm not mistaken that my account just lost it's last link to me, except the auto-destruction button. Is starting to learn cryptography my best bet to reach my account ? Or is there something I didn't cover and there still a way ? Please tell me it's still possible.

Suddenly a new message will arrive with several related messages attached as happens with a search. The new message is not bolded and is difficult to see. What have a done? I have been using Thunderbird for at least 20 years and now feel lost.

Having problems with my emails since the change over. They are ascending instead of descending and I can't change it. Also when I log in, emails start at 2016 instead of recent emails and i have to scroll down to see my new emails. Help!
