I can not log in to my amazon account. I beleive it is because somehow I started the sync. I tried to disable aync but still can not get into my amazon account.

I do not understand why I cannot log in as normal. I am self taught unfortunately and have no one I can enquire from. I am in my late seventies and I cannot seem to overcome this problem.

Computer cleared to factory settings. Locked out of account.

Apple had to clear my computer after last Tahoe update issue. I’m unable to get back into either Firefox or Mozilla accounts. I have current key for Mozzilla and both Firefox and Mozilla passwords. Tried using Apple account password which showed invalid but works fine for iCloud dot com. I’m trying to get Firefox reinstalled. Any suggestions?
