(Again, didn't know what topic to choose). I just submitted a complaint about Firefox losing all my browser tabs upon restart -- and then after closing that window and re-opening the browser, everything was back to normal! Tabs, toolbars, everything. Whew !

Is there a miniature, stripped version of Firefox that runs when some utilities update?

When I am in Firefox browser" and want to move the window PC 10 to a corner it won't move. How do i solved this problem? It is stuck. I don't have the problem with Google Chrome-- it works well.

Hello. I'm using a brand-new installation of Firefox 78.0.1 on a freshly installed copy of Windows 10 Pro. The only way I can get Firefox to display any notifications is by having alerts.useSystemBackend set to true. While this is set to false, notifications will not work. If I use this site to test them, it just says, 'queued for display', followed immediately by 'closed'. I've also tried creating a new profile and testing it again with no success. All sites were granted notification permissions in each case.

Dear Community members, after I installed the 78.1.1 release, no Thunderbird incoming messages are arriving. I phoned to my internet provider (Fastweb) that said me their servers work perfectly. When I open Thunderbird, the message "Connection to the pop.fastwebnet.it reset" appears. I have also tried to check the parameters of my account but they look correct. Hello, I have a Firefox update server in local lan servicing updates through .MAR files. Internet disconnected machines are upgrading Firefox using the internal update server while internet connected machines are upgrading directly from Mozilla (aus5). The GPO to set the UpdateUrl is the same and the local server is the same so I guess there is something else to check or configure but I can't find any solution.

Hi, I noticed that some of my email accounts stopped working. Thunderbird just doesn't connect. It is only with certain accounts, all from the same provider. However, they only stopped working after a recent upgrade. So I decided to test this out. I uninstalled my current version (78.1.1) and installed version 68.11. I then opened v68 with a new profile and added one of my email accounts. Everything worked perfectly fine and the account imported and download the emails for it. I then uninstalled v68 and installed v78.1.1. I then opened the new profile that just worked with no issue and it now would not work in new version of Thunderbird. I removed the email account and deleted associated data and then imported the account again. This time I get an error. The new version of Thunderbird just refuses to connect for some reason when the older version connects no problem. I have attached a screenshot of trying to import the account in v78.1.1 and the corresponding error console.

Greetings, After not having had access to my home computer for quite a while between the 1st week of February and the end of May, I didnt have a chance to use Firefox ( necesary to have access to my account at Eastman Credit Union as Google Chrome is not supported) i had my eldest son (who lives in the US) to manage my account while I was ouf of commission and keep me up on all the operations conducted on my behalf. But to make a long story short, when i finally was able to use my desktop PC, I was surprised to discovver that theperson who did its maintenance, he "downgraded" my version of Windows7 Ultimate from the 64 bits version -which worked fine- to the 32 bits one. And ... surprise!!- i could not connect to my bank site. I therefore strongly suspect that version is not supported by Firefox. Thus my request for help from any person who would be willing to confirm ot infirm my doubts ..
