please I would like blank page with menu bar & bookmarks sidebar when opening firefox this was my previous go to for years when using firefox Also there is a horizontal bar with getting started & previous tabs underneath the web bar which just showed up today please tell me how to eliminate

I always restore my previous tabs and windows when opening Mozilla, and until recently Mozilla always remembered my scroll location in those tabs, which is very handy because I read books online and otherwise have no idea where in the book I was. It recently stopped doing that though, and I haven't found a way to fix it after Googling a bit. Does anyone know how I can get back to how it was before?

The latest and previous versions for over one year-two years have had problems with tabs.

1. My account is logged off after closing FF with the active tab opened and starting again. Whatever service I am logged in to is logged off. DEVS!!! JUST TRY IT!!! The services in other tabs are logged in but not in the active one.

2. opening a link in a new tab ("right click") throws me somewhere in the list of my tabs. It is not opened just next to the active tab. just somewhere ahead. eg I have 80 tabs. My active tab is 60th. the link opened in the new tab is 75th. Unlike in Chrome next to the active tab.

3. tabs sometimes "lose" their address. They are blank. They very rarely open properly after a few restarts of FF.

4. moving tabs is very difficult unlike in Chrome or Safari

Hi Firefox Support, I'm using Firefox Android on a Google Pixel 3xl. Clicking on hyperlink on website and choose from pop-up menu Open in New Tab. Switch to new tab and blank page sits there with only the URL in the address bar. Page doesn't load. If you switch to another open tab then switch back to new tab after a minute or so the page will load. Very frustrating. Using a Google Pixel 3xl

hello . I wish you doing well . the problem is my network prompt a login page rapidly and after login to the local network it's promt again and again about 15 minutes . i went to about:config and change some pop variables but it doesn't make any sense .

Whenever I start Firefox, I have multiple pages open in a new window. However, whenever I want to look at those in the settings, I usually get something like this.

https://websiteexample.com/page1|https://websiteexample.com/page2|https://websiteexample.com/page3

However, this all appears in a single text box. This is inconvenient whenever I want to change anything here. Is there any way to instead have each page appear in its own unique text box so that I can have an easier time editing any of them? Thank you.

Hallo zusammen, Firefox zeigt von gewünschten Webseiten Kacheln an. Wie kann man die Graphik der Kacheln durch benutzerdefinierte Graphik ersetzen? Unter bearbeiten wird angezeigt: „Benutzerdefinierte Graphik verwenden“ und „Eine Adresse eingeben oder einfügen“ Scheinbar sollte das gehen! aber, wenn man das versucht wird angezeigt: „Gültige Adresse erforderlich“ Geht bei mir nicht. Warum? Wie muss die Adresse genau aussehen? *.jpg, *.png? etc. Alles versucht. Bitte Beispiel! Ggf. Einstellungen? PC-Einstellungen? Meine Firefox-Version ist aktuell und 110.0.1. (64 Bit)

so yesterday i was using the Firefox app on ios and today when i reopen the app today all of my tabs were deleted, i had hundreds of important tabs on the regular browsing and a few on the private browsing that were deleted; but i never pressed the trash can at the bottom left of the screen, it is also important to know that the history is still there for the regular browsing but it would take time to reopen all of the tabs, not to mention that some date back for about 1-2 years ago and i cant recover the history or the tabs for the private browsing, or at least i dont know how to. I am guessing that there was some kind of crash or bug that happened when i closed the app. If there is any possibility to recover all of the tabs for regular and private browsing it would be awsome

Since the last update, the private browsing tab is retaining history. This has never happened to me before, is it supposed to happen or is it a fault?

in firefox windows: I don't know the technical terms for this, so don't assume I'm using "reload" correctly - or anything else. every time i switch back and forth between tabs, the tab i return to suddenly goes blank and reloads. It can take 1-15 seconds every time I switch tabs, but sometimes I can switch back and the tab is the same as I left it without blinking out and into existence. On certain sites, this makes whatever I was reading get lost in the feed, but it's always distracting and frustrating. I work fast between lots and lots of tabs and this eats a lot of time and makes me lose focus, and adds massive friction to my workflow. How do i make it keep tabs loaded and looking as they did when i switched out of them, instead of pretending I just typed in the url and loading that from scratch every time? I'm not the best with technical terms if anybody knows this can you explain it like I'm five please? I used to be able to place a bet on the horses using my nsw tab account, or sportsbet account but recently i get a message that i cannot open them as it is an unsecured site and it cannot be verified what can i do. Helpppppp?

I like to keep tabs open for awhile until I get around to reading them, sometimes I'll open firefox and they're just all closed and gone. I have the older tabs thing on, and tried updating the app but it already is up to date.

I know I can right click on a Tab and pin it to the tab bar as a no text tab. My question is can I pin it to my windows taskbar? Reasons for asking. I want to know when new messages are posted to a bulletin board site. The pinned tab shows the number of new messages but that only works when my browser if open. I would really like it to work when my browser is not open Suggestions?

When I tap ‘open in a new tab’, if too many tabs are already open, it will load the page several tabs down (instead of being adjacent to its parent tab). This is a further issue, and when exiting the page, the tab menu starts where it should be. This can cause issues when comparing items in separate tabs, and is very frustrating. This can occur at any point after I only had 30 ~ tabs open.

I would be really helpful if the Multi-Account Container differentiate the "always open in" feature based on the URL, and not just the host, which is what I'm guessing is the case.

For example, I'd like to have two different containers:

• example.org/foo # Container 1
• example.org/bar # Container 2

The use case is for localhost in development.
