I use Firefox version 103, the old version that is perfectly compatible with an extension I always use. I love this old version, and I don't want to update it to the new version. But the update reminder pops up many times everyday. it's so annoying. I used "about config" to turn it off (see photo 2); it works a bit, but the popup still there once daily after the configuration. I want to turn it off permanently. Is there any way to do it? Thank you very much!!

Firefox keeps suggesting deleted bookmarks when I type in the address/search bar. Bookmarks I deleted 5+ months ago.

I have removed the bookmarks from all my computers and phones. I reset my firefox account. Completely deleted the Firefox application and sub-files and folders from computers and mobile and re-installed fresh and clean copies and the deleted bookmarks are still sugested. Even installed on a completely new PC and they still come up.

I have rechecked my bookmark lists and they are not in there.

Any help on how to stop firefox recommending deleted bookmarks would be very helpful.

I can't recall if this problem occurs all of the time or not. The problem is this.............when buying something online or donating online using a credit card I often get the message...."Save credit card number-choose Yes or No" or something to that effect. Is there a way to modify the settings on my browser so that I do not get this question about saving my credit card number? Or is this an issue with how the website I am browsing at works and therefore I cannot make a one-time fix? Thanks.

Hello: I am using Firefox Ver 103, with windows 10. Since I have updated, Firefox does not auto log me in. It used to bring me right to the main page for Xfinity, now it brings me to a setup page that I have to log into, and then I can go to my regular log-on page. I have looked over the setups, but all look the same. How can I get Firefox 103 to auto-log me in like it used to? thanks very much for any help:) Allen

I have been receiving the following error message lately when Firefox temporarily hangs: "Application firefox.exe has been blocked from accessing Graphics hardware"

Is there a setting where I can be notified before you take it upon yourselves to download/install an update? While I was away from my computer this afternoon I was hit by a Firefox upgrade that shut down my email and all my tabs. I've lost stuff I may never find again. If the MF'er responsible were in reach I'd punch his lights out. Seriously.

I am on Windows 10. I utilize Firefox browser only. I have always been able to log in to my 53.com online account. Every time you update, it messes my 53.com online account. I don't have a problem with Google Chrome but do not use it because I don't like it. Your advice is appreciated.

1. Tried troubleshoot mode(the one with all extensions disabled). No luck.

2. New profile. => Firefox can start without problem

3. Copy the sessionstore.jsonlz4 to the new profile => crash like before

4. Replace the sessionstore.jsonlz4 with the backup in "sessionstore-backups" =>firefox can start-up after loading for a few minutes

Currently at no. 4, but it happened again after a few days. Please help. I dont want to lose my tabs.

It happens once on 23/07/2022 and I fixed it with no.4. and then it started again yesterday

Need to be able to load pages without every other webpage failing due to the error message : An error occurred during a connection to www.google.com. PR_END_OF_FILE_ERROR.

I am ready to uninstall Firefox and use Chrome exclusively. It is maddening. I have gone through the firewall exercise and fire fox appears to have permissions.

how to stop the annoying url popup that only moves from corner to corner when you mouseover it. It interferes with all the links nearby and annoys the hell out of me. I don't feel like "coding" so if you can't give me an easy solution I will swith to another browser.

Yesterday I went to use my Arkscan Label printer as I always have for years and it distorts the image very largely as appose to fitting 4 x 6 as it always has. I re downloaded the driver, checked my setting from my label shipping site (etsy) and all is the same. My co-workers is still working, (she does not do automatic updates). After reaching out to technical support from Arkscan it is a widespread problem after your latest update to firefox. I was suggested to use a different browser such as Chrome or Edge. Will you be addressing this issue ASAP or should I use another browser from here on out?

Hi, I am opt in the Open previous windows and tabs in the Settings. However, every time I am closing and opening Firefox, it does not restore previous session tabs. Can you help with this issue. please?

Dear Sir/Madam, I am using the latest version of Firefox on Windows 10, and I tried to login to the Microsoft Teams website: I received the message on attach. I disabled all the add-ons, yet the problem remains. I would like to know if it may be a firewall issue or if I have to reinstall Firefox (or change any other settings).
