Where can I find the "text tool" that I need in order to fill in a PDF form?

The new update invites me to try this feature but when I do, I can't see a text tool anywhere.

How do I fix firefox browsing on a laptop when I can login to an account but NOT be able SEE a page after it loads? It has always worked until I think outlook interrupted my browser with a mail notice while firefox was negotiating my request.

I tried it on another computer using fiefox and it works as expected.

I have cleared my history and that one request still fails to display the page to enter needed info to continue. It seems that one process interrupted by outlook somehow corrupted something for that one request.

Weather I initiate the login from the firefox most s login's OR type the web site in the command line in firefox makes NO difference!

I need to fix this on one computer. I would also like to STOP outlook from randomly interrupting me with mail notices as they come in.

I can't get the lastpass extension to load in the browser. It worked fine up until I upgraded firefox this morning. Other extensions are loaded fine ( privacy badger, clear urls). I removed the extension and re-added it but no success. Any ideas. Hate to go back to Chrome..

A bookmark I have disappeared. So I tried to add it again, but all it says is edit the bookmark and it shows the name as though it was already there, but it isn't in my list of bookmarks..

i can't load certain sites on firefox, it just gives me a blank white screen. there's no error displayed or anything. some sites load fine (gmail, social media, youtube, etc work normal), but some sites i visit give me a blank screen. they load fine in other browsers and even on firefox mobile, just not on firefox desktop.

i've tried deleting the cache for firefox too, but that didn't fix it either. anyone knows what the problem might be?

I am trying to use Thunderbird for scheduling meetings, but I have problems understanding how. Let's say, we are a group of 5 people, all using Thunderbird as their Mail driver and managing our calendars in Thunderbird. When I create an event in my calendar and hit 'Invite Attendees', it opens a Window with a timeline and a list of mail addresses. First problem here: It has the mail account, which I added to Thunderbird most recently, prefilled instead of my primary mail account or the account connected to the calendar where I add the event to. I couldn't find a place to change this. But then, when I change it to a mail address connected to my calendars, I'd expect it to populate my timeline with the events in these calendars. But it stays empty. Also, when I add other people, it stays completely empty. I wasn't able to have anything appear in this timeline at any point. Where am I going wrong? How do I add my available and unavailable times for this timeline and share them with people, who might be interest to schedule me around them? I hope I could transmit my problems, if you have any questions, I'm glad to answer them.

My Subject: Thunderbird Performance Issue on New Ubuntu LTS PC

We are experiencing a performance issue with Thunderbird on a new PC running Ubuntu LTS Linux. We have two PCs with Ubuntu installed, one with the last and one with the current LTS:

On older, less powerful device where Thunderbird runs significantly better. A new PC with better hardware, more RAM more CPU cores etc where Thunderbird is extremely slow.

Both PCs are configured with the same email accounts. We did fully copy profile frm old to new to not lose any mails. However, on the new device, Thunderbird causes full CPU utilization after startup and becomes unresponsive for a considerable amount of time, every time we start. Working with it is almost impossible and painful.

Here’s what we’ve tried so far on the new PC:

Running Thunderbird in Safe Mode. Reinstalling Thunderbird without using Docker. (apk and bash commands) Unfortunately, neither of these steps resolved the issue. We suspect the problem might be related to the current Ubuntu LTS version. As already told the old computer outperformes the new one abt thunderbird.

Has anyone else experienced a similar problem or found a solution? Any help would be greatly appreciated. What or how to test next?

Any more detail needed? I might get the hardware specs and mailbox sizes but as said newer computer is slower and mailboxes are the same.

I'm having problems with my Firefox app. I've tried to delete and reinstall but keep getting an error message saying I must close Firefox first before the re-installation process is finished.

I uninstalled Firefox because it kept crashing when I tried to open a particular site. I followed instructions by removing several files on my computer. When I tried to reinstall it, wanting me to open a new account, and there was no way to sign back in my other account. I have lots of bookmarks and my Outlook files and folders were set up under the Firefox browser. How can I recover and restore what I had?

I have been unable to retrieve at&t emails today. I have been able to access them through Copilot, but cannot get Mozilla to open my AT&T page. I contacted AT&T and once they say the emails would pop up via Copilot they could offer no solution. Any suggestions?
