I'm on Firefox Nightly 105.0a1. Recently, the synced tab is empty (see picture). However, my device still manage to sync, and can still send tabs to other devices. Also, my device tabs can still be seen by other device. Is this a bug? I have tried relogin but no luck.

Btw, the second picture is EOL firefox. I know it but it's still operational.

I've read the articles that tell you how to sync between devices and I've done everything in them. Sync is on on both pc laptops, and I've pressed sync on both. I'm not sure what exactly has synced but I'm ultimately, trying to get my open windows with their tabs onto the new device. I'm sure there I a simple step I'm missing. Please help!

I am concerned someone may have accessed my Firefox account 2 days ago. I wish to collect as much info as possible as in device details and IP/location so as to trace it

All I have is the name displayed in firefox security settings - Logged out of ⁨Firefox Mobile 103, Android 9⁩

Any idea where I can get a Firefix devide login history with more information please?

I recently moved from Opera to Firefox, and moved all of my passwords by making a CSV file then importing them to Firefox, but they’re not syncing? While on my PC it shows all of the passwords, my phone only shows my password for my Firefox account, the only password I made rather than importing. Any help will be very much appreciated.

I forgot my password to Firefox Sync account. But at the moment I can still access the account from one of my devices which i have previously logged in, and needs a way to backup all the sync data so I can restore them back to Firefox Sync after resetting the password. As I read, resetting the password clears all sync data as Firefox cannot decrypt the data without the old password. Is there a way to backup my current Sync data, and restore them after the reset? If so, can you please guide me on how to do it?

Hi, lots of good support to how to sync. No support for how to view synced tabs on an iMac. I can see the synced tabs and open them on my iPad and iPhone. Thanks for your assistance.

I do not see the sync option in the drop down menu, also i do not see a way to sign in from within Firefox i had to go to he website to do it, please advise. thanks jorge

have Firefox (and firefox beta )across multiple computers OS's & mobile devices . now dowloaded latest for Android, signed and sync'd but none of my settings have come across on the latest one . how can I fix this .

first of all thank you all in the community for your amazing work on Firefox!

I have cloned my $HOME (including ./.mozilla/firefox/) to another Linux device.

Now I realize that changing the Firefox Sync device name on the new device would also change it for the other device when checking "Connected Services" https://accounts.firefox.com/settings. I also can only see the new device name when using "Send to device" from any device.

I guess I have to unlink my new device and somehow assign it a new device ID for Firefox Sync to recognize the new device. How can I do that?

Looks like there's no available data.... I want to be able to import the data I used on July 2021 but it is nowhere to be found... How can I get a hold of an old version of my data?

I don't know how but it seems I lost all my account related data. I connected my account to my new computer but I don't have anything: no history, no apps, no password. Is there anything i can do? I have the hard disk of the old computer, can I restore the data from it?

I read through all the posts I could find, and no help. For instance, on my Samsung Galaxy S10+, when I go to "Passwords and autofill" under Samsung Settings, the only option for autofill is Samsung Pass (ick). This when I am signed in to Firefox, it shows as synced with my laptop, all boxes checked including Passwords. I Never get password autofill on phone and want to fix that. Everything else seems to sync. Laptop running Ubuntu latest version. In my Android Firefox menu, Passwords is not listed. "Desktop site" has a toggle - should that be on to sync? Or what changes with that on or off? Please help me get Password memory and autofill on Android.

Before Sunday FIrefox would sync your bookmarks, passwords and everything you had before. They turned it off and told NO ONE. Google Chrome will has sync that puts in your bookmarks, passwords and everything. TURN IT BACK ON. PEOPLE CAN SYNC BOTH THEIR COMPUTER AND THEIR PHONE!
