Hello, I have just installed Firefox version 144.0.2 on a new computer. I have access to all of the Firefox files and data on the original computer, but I am not able to run Firefox on that computer. Therefore, I am not able to create an export file from the original installation. Is it possible for me to import all of the original Firefox data into the new installation? I have an Investors.com account and a feature they offer is a stock sector data table that shows recent performance and other information. When I try to open these tables they close immediately, but if I use my tablet with a different browser they will remain open. I believe this is a simple setting that I need to adjust, but I don't know enough to figure it out.

I am logged on to my Credit Union and attempt to download my statements. When using Firefox I get the message: {"Errors":["Authorization has been denied for this request."]}

When I contacted my CU, they said to add an URL to the Manage Exceptions. This worked, but I want to know why Firefox needs this but Chrome doesn't.

I noticed I cannot log on to amazon.ca or shaw.ca anymore on firefox, why?

After having upgraded my W11 system to 25H2, I cannot install any extension. Installation terminates with "... something may be broken". I'm using FF 144.0,2. FF is used in more than one account alternatively.

On a second system, with less security measures, I have no problems.

I installed Firefox yesterday, and everything was fine for a day. Today, when I play a YouTube video, the entire page freezes - I can't pause it, select text, or do anything. The page starts responding after about 10 seconds from last interaction.

Compared to Chrome, I can play 20 YouTube videos at once and everything works fine.

The problem only occurs on YouTube. Sites like CDA and Jellyfin work fine.

I get a daily email from this site and suddenly nothing. I try to resolve the issue and your security settings are unintelligible. I have received emails on a daily basis for over 2 years, and now nothing.

This is unbelievably frustrating.

While I'm using Firefox, I try to go to a new website and Firefox says that it's installing a new version and I need to stop what I'm doing and restart. When Firefox restarts, it forces me to create a new profile and I've lost everything I had before.

This happens two or three times a day.

Hello, I reset my PC yesterday.

I didn't know my Firefox password anymore and clicked "Forgot password."

Then I created a new one.

Now my saved online pages and everything else are gone. So synchronization isn't working.

I have an account recovery key.

Will that work? And how?

Please tell me how to disable adblocker for a site. I am trying to read my local newspaper and I cannot access it due to this issue. I've googled it and cannot find the answer. Please Help!!!

I've unchecked all three boxes, but the two sub-boxes stay checked and the sponsored stories and links continue to appear even though I unchecked the boxes. See attached image. How do I disable? Why can't I uncheck these boxes? I was actually just trying to disable it for a few, not all of my computers, but, now that it's being forced on me, I'm a bit unhappy with Firefox. I've supported, promoted, and used them for years but now they seem to be following the same path of other prying browsers. :(

The problem seems to have started after a browser update. Running up-to-date Windows 10. This issue does not occur when using Edge. Youtube videos are blank (spinning). Sometimes it results is a still frame, other times it spins forever. Many times, you can see a series of stills in the video as the time line is dragged from the beginning to the end of the video. A small number of videos will work, but I have not been able to predict which will work or why. A different Win 10 machine on the same network is fine. I have tried all of the solutions I could find searching on-line (clearing cache, cookies, reboot, restart, update browser software, etc, multiple times). Checked settings in windows, firefox and youtube looking for something. Any help would be appreciated. Have used Firefox for decades and I don't want to be forced to change browsers.

Hello... currently when I try to open a PDF from the internet, I cannot open it in Firefox. Specifically I have been adding PDF files to a FB page, but cannot open the document when browsing in Firefox. I can open it, when using EDGE.

This wave of so-called AI (really nothing of the sort) is a nightmare for security, usability, performance and efficiency and if you keep forcing it on us I'll be jumping ship, probably for whichever fork excising it all gets popular.

I've been using first the Mozilla suite and then Firefox (since it was called Firebird, even) for twenty years now, don't do this to the browser I love.

While taking screenshot of entire page or section within the page, taken screenshot resolution is of very low quality. As a result when shared the screenshot with someone using copy paste function or download and share option, in both methods screenshot image quality is very low making it very difficult to read data/text from the same. Text from the screenshot is barely in readable format. Even zooming the image distorts image totally. I want a way to increase screenshot resolution or improve its image quality so we can read easily without zoom or zooming the image file.
