Hi, I got a problem since many weeks on Firefox Nightly, the elements on websites that should stick to the bottom float around 30pixels above the bottom. It's kinda annoying. My app is up-to-date. I got a Huawei P20. Thanks Elise

I have set E:\ as my default download location. However in some cases Firefox does not respect my choice and silently downloads stuff to C:\Users\Name\Downloads. I really hate this. One example, a pdf downloaded from here https://scribd.vpdfs.com/. Please fix it. Thx.

It's not that they are not in my Firefox downloads manager, which I expected. It's that I confirmed before closing my private browsing window that they were in my Downloads folder on my C drive, and when I went back after closing the private browsing window they were gone. Under "recent files" in my file browser it showed a couple of the most recent downloads and when I tried to click to open them it said they had been moved or deleted. Entering the first couple words of the file titles in the search bar in my file browser yields absolutely nothing.

This was over 30 files or so. It will be really irritating to try to find and download all of them again. Does anyone know of any way for me to get them back???

While using Outlook.com email in my Firefox browser, I attach a zip file to send to someone.

They reported that the zip file is empty. This happened two more times.

I confirmed that the zip file that I was uploading from my hard drive did indeed have files included.

I then downloaded the attached zip file from the email in my "Sent" folder. It was empty.

When I tried using "Outlook.com" in the Chrome browser, I did not have the same problem.

I'm using Firefox ESR version 128.9.0, on Windows 10.

(The downloaded empty zip file also had "utf-8" added to the file name - that problem is addressed in other tickets and is being worked on. I am not asking about that.)

Good day After the last update, the browser changed the appearance of the YouTube player. In all other browsers it is standard, please help return it to how it should be

I'd like to take a full-page screenshot of my content within my Canvas/Instructure online class, but it only captures what's visible. I've tried opening the frame in its own tab, but it doesn't help.

When I use my phone to capture the entire page, it can work, but it's so narrow! Plus I have to continuously tap the "Scroll Down" button for the capturing process to capture more and more.

I could access it until about 1.5 years ago when I used it a lot. Now I cannot access it anymore but this is an official governmental site www.idaan.gob.pa so why cannot it accessed now? I cannot access if from any of my devices, including those with the most up to date windows and Apple versions.

What do I need to do? contacting the institution is out of question as the site works OK in that country, so it is a FireFox problem outside of the country. Please help. Thanks, Helena

When I click on a link on some websites, the link opens with no trouble. However some links don't open, just show the url. If I copy the url and paste it into a new tab, it then opens. How do I fix this? The links are from reputable sites.

I have a problem with FF browser on my PC for quite some time. It seems that every time I try searching for anything at all, there always appear a "google location bar", which obstructs the first search result completely - more in the attachment.

I've tried turning off all of the add-ons I have, tried searching for it in console, tried blocking it - didn't help.

It doesn't show in other browsers.

I've just downloaded the NASA'S EYES app to my Win11 system. My default browser is Firefox, with NoScript, ABP and Ghostery installed (yeah, that's probably overkill). When I attempt to launch the NASA app, it wakes up just enough to look for updates, shows me a startup panel, then that panel disappears. I gather there's supposed to be some sort of behind-the scenes linkage that's not working. How can I fix that? Do I need to shut down the add-ins?

Hi, my browser on my tablet keeps making all tabs stuck in desktop mode with no way to turn it off. It started happening today when it updated to the latest Firefox Android 133. The desktop mode toggle is set to off, and when I click it it still is set to off and it's still in Desktop mode. When I copy the URL to another tab I can turn desktop mode off, but that gets reset to on whenever the browser is killed in the background.

I've tried force closing the app and clearing cache, any help would be appreciated.

I am not able to download videos from Facebook or you tube to my desktop while using Firefox. My default is Klite standard worked as of yesterday not all i see is the icon for klite standard not the video it self. and i do not see it in the application on the generals tab. it is messed up i even tried windows media player and that as well did not work. all the video download fail . so meting is very wrong. I even re installed firefox and that did not help. i will try and explain this better. when i go to you tube and try and down load a video to my desktop using Fire fox all i see is the out line of the video the video does not come up. see the attachmentsbold text

the following files couldn be attached outlook web Microsoft Outlook in firefox. Its files more 1 MByte. clearing the cache did not solve the problem. Outlook web in Microsoft Edge no problem with attach files Firefox version 133.0 (64-біт)

I am having problems with log into my Sky email account as each time I log into the (Yahoo mail) I get the following message come up as show in the image below.

message	"Control character in cookie value or attribute."

I am able to access my Sky email by other browser "Google Chrome) Any advice on how to correct the issue.
