This could be related to the corrupted file I had that was solved here: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1492585

I mean something else could have been corrupted. I've been getting the following error on a website:

> "The site at [url] has experienced a network protocol violation that cannot be repaired. > > "The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because an error in the data transmission was detected."

I thought it was a website issue. But it worked fine in Edge.

I tried the Ctrl+F5 but nothing changed (also tested the website in private browsing in both FF and Edge; still works fine in Edge).

Edit: I launched the factory settings profile from about:profiles (last used years ago when I moved my main profile from an older PC) as a test and the issue persists.

Today when I logged into Facebook I was sent to a Meta Business account. I cannot access Fb from that page. This does not happen when I use Chrome, I go directly to Facebook.

I have loaded Messenger onto my new computer as well as Firefox. When I go to Messenger the Voice and Video icons at the top right are greyed and when hovering over the icons, I get a message that video calling etc is not supported. i had no trouble on my other computer but am not sure how to activate the video and voice options. Can you please help me solve this issue. Thank you

I can't login to etsy with facebook login. The box is grey and it says facebook will track activity. How can I login and have my facebook-based history? I guess I want to bypass the privacy blocker on the login with Facebook.

Starting this morning I am no longer able to access my banking site with Firefox. My current version of FF is 133.0.3 for 64 bit Windows 11. I could access it yesterday. Looking at the support on this, I see that this has been a problem with Firefox for quite a while. I can access my bank with Chrome (although I don't trust Chrome) so why not FF? I haven't changed any settings. What set this blockage off and how can it be eliminated. If a setting needs to be changed, please tell me what it is and how to fix it.

Hi, When I access my bank account on my main PC running Firefox when the screen opens up on the page to enter login details the screen greys out. If I use Google Chrome on my main PC I can access the login. If I use my laptop using Firefox I can access the login. I have compared both Firefox settings on my main PC and Laptop and they appear to be the same. What can be done to allow access please. John

When I tried to login to My Social Security it said I do not have access to that account so I contacted Social Security for help and they determined that it was the Firefox browser and asked me to open Microsoft Edge and try to login and that worked perfectly. Why is Firefox preventing me from logging into Social Security.

Chrome seamlessly harmonizes with the PowerToys FancyZones feature in Windows 11. In Chrome, I can drag a tab out of a browser window, and instantly snap it into a FancyZone. I can also quickly arrange multiple separate Chrome windows into FancyZones without issue.

Firefox's interaction with FancyZones is not good. When I drag a tab out of a window, it doesn't allow me to snap it into a FancyZone. I first need to release left click, allowing the tab's new window to appear, then I can snap that window into a FancyZone.

The biggest occurs when I have multiple Firefox windows open and snap one of them into a FancyZone. Often, one of the open Firefox windows will spontaneously shrink itself in size. When I try to manually resize the window back to normal, it shrinks further and further, until it is an invisible sliver. The only solution when this occurs is to fully restart Firefox.

It seems strange that Firefox has such poor compatibility with FancyZones, which is growing in popularity along with other productivity tools in PowerToys. Wondering if anyone else has experienced these issues, if there is any workaround, or if there is a fix being worked on.

This is the second time I have put this forward. Using Firefox on Windows 10, I am unable to view yahoo emails. I get a white screen with a black bar across the top. Yahoo will tell me I have "5 unread messages". If I go into Yahoo using Edge, I can view the emails (which is why I think it must be a Firefox problem, but I may be mistaken. The one response was to empty the cache and such, which I have done and it doesn't help. Does Firefox not empty its cache each time I leave the site?

If this is a Firefox/Yahoo interactive problem, I apologize - it may be something about Yahoo. I have wandered all over their support sections though, without finding a potential solution.

I can only open 2 tabs while using my Seeking Alpha financial program on Firefox browser. If I try to open a 3rd tab the Seeking Alpha program will not open. This issue just started within the past few days and doesn't occur when using Seeking Alpha program on MS Edge browser. Hopefully you can fix this problem quickly otherwise I will have to start using Edge as my default browser.

I WANT TO UNDERSTAND WHY MY SEARCH ENGINE WORKS PERFECTLY BUT ANYTHING I TRY TO OPEN A LINK TO CERTAIN WEBSITE LIKE X (FORMALLY TWITTER) IT DOES NOT OPEN, INSTEAD I WOULD GET A MESSAGE LIKE "PROBLEM LOADING SITE". Up until about six weeks ago, I could access a provider statement through a function on USAA.com bill pay service. I now see an empty pop up screen or an error message that the page is not available. I tried suspending use of the VPN without success, then tried another browser (Chrome) and the function is available. Is this a settings issue or something else? My preference is to use Firefox as a browser.

Sound and picture do not sync

Sound and picture do not sync when I stream TV using Firefox 133.0.3 64bit, but works perfectly with Edge and Chrome. Sad because Firefox is my favorite browser, so I hope you can help me solve this problem. My PC Intel I7 24gb RAM internet download speed 150gb

I'm having trouble getting AOL, my homepage. When I log on to Firefox, I have an instant load to AOL. It doesn't load and I see files waiting to download in the lower left corner of the screen, but they don't. I have no problem with Microsoft Edge performance but haven't tried to access the homepage. Any suggestions?
