I'm running Firefox 100.0 (64 bit) on windows 10 pro 21H2. I've been using Firefox to access Flightradar24 to view real time flight across the globe. All of a sudden today the map doesn't appear any more . I think they use Google maps and overlay their info.

The maps show properly in MS EDGE and Google Chrome.

I've attached a screen shot of what I get.

Guys... while looking for a way to measure the performance of our site, we came across the Core Web Vitals (CWV) some time ago. These are Google KPIs for measuring the user experience on a page (https://web.dev/vitals/#core-web-vitals). Unfortunately, some of the KPIs (like the Largest Contentful Paint or Cumulative Layout Shift) are currently only accessible using Chrome and it's preformance API. That's a pity, because there are also many people using Firefox who visit our site... and it would be interesting to have such KPIs as well.

In an article by Cloudflare (https://developers.cloudflare.com/analytics/web-analytics/understanding-web-analytics/core-web-vitals/) we recently learned that Firefox is also planning to expose the metrics used in the CWV... only the "coming soon" from the article is a bit vague. That's why I'm contacting you to get some more information on that topic. Do you perhaps know whether the topic is planned and will be tackled this year?

I have downloaded and installed Mozilla Firefox on a new computer through the Edge browser both from the Mozilla site and through the Microsoft store. The installation downloads and installs as it should. Firefox has been selected as the default browser and everything appears as it should. When I open Firefox and type in an address, nothing populates. No site will open on the screen. When I open settings in Firefox, nothing opens. When I open history, it shows that I have been to the sites that I have loaded even though they haven't shown on the browser. I have completely uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it with the same result. I have downloaded Opera browser and it installs correctly, I have downloaded and installed Firefox from Opera and had the same result. Any ideas?

Firefox hangs for 5 seconds between every type of download between the "Ok" of the "Save As.." dialog and the actual download of the file.

Any ideas how to resolve the issue or troubleshooting tips?

I just updated to the latest version of Firefox, and all of a sudden I have a new icon, Extensions, that looks like a puzzle piece, I cant seem to be able to remove it....at all.

Can I download Firefox and save it to a flash-drive instead of installing it? The computer I need it on has a new install of Windows 7 with IE and it will not browse.

I want to transfer my bookmarks from Firefox on my old Windows laptop to a new MacBook. I have followed the instruction and signed into Firefox on both devices and click 'synchronise now' on my Macbook.

Nothing has happened.

I would be grateful if you could tell me whether I am doing things incorrectly and if you could tell me how to have my numerous Firefox bookmarks from Windows appear on the new Macbook.

I have a question regarding syncing. Is there a way to remotely remove all synced information from Firefox on a particular PC without actually accessing it? For example, if I sync my home PC Firefox with my laptop or my work PC. Then, one day, for some reason I no longer have access to my work PC, and all of my sensitive information is there. Or if I lose my laptop, or if it is stolen... Is it possible to remove all sensitive information from a remote synced PC? Alternatively, is there a way to remove all synced information every time I close the browser? This way I can remove a particular PC in my Firefox account and once the browser is restarted at the remote location, the data will no longer be pulled and synced. Can this be done? So I wanted to read PDFs trough firefox with a dark theme, looked up how to do so online, and people say to change the "about:config" option "pdfjs.viewerCssTheme" to "2" instead of "0", I did that, tried opening a PDF, nothing happend, it was still black text on white backgrounds. Tried closing firefox, reopened the pdf, nothing happened, still white backgrounds. Tried to check if it might have to do with that specific pdf file's config, created my own PDF file from a word document, tried to open it, still white backgrounds. Tried disabling extensions, (which I use four of, UBlock Origin, SponsporBlock, Return Youtube Dislike and Translate this page), didn't work. Tried enabling the option on my laptop, didn't work. Tried a bunch of other stuff and it still won't work. My Firefox version is 109 and I'm using Windows 10 I also don't want to use the console/file edit thing with grayscale(1) invertcolor(1) or whatever it was since it also reverses the colors of images instead of just the backgrounda nd text color.

I have to search for a lot of entries in a long page, click on them to another window, do something (fill in a syllabus) and then go back to the long page and change the next search hit.

When I return to the long page the search in page is remembering where I am in the number of searches shown at the bottom of the page (e.g. 19/34) but when I click on the down button, instead of going to 20/34 it jumps back to 1/34 so then I have to press the down button 20 times to get to the next search hit.

Is there any way around this, so that I can just jump to the next search hit without having to press the down button 20 times?

I thought it might be the fact that the search is off screen but that is not it. It is the fact that I have left the page so the focus has been forgotten (except as the number 19/34 on the search in page bar at the bottom).

Is this a bug?

Good day, has anybody an idea if and what addon could manage for me redefinition of mouse behaviour. Particularly in my case I want to use middle (wheel) button single click over any text input to perform clipboard paste (but everywhere else the button behaves normally). I had this feature integrated into mouse gestures add on which is no more compatible.

Firefox has started making a piercing high-pitched screech when the "save image" and "file update" panels appear. This is a confirmation or alert sound I suppose. It occurs when saving an image from a right-click menu and when downloading a file. Formerly Firefox used the system default sound for this, and that sound is still working in other programs for similar operations.

How can I fix this? Or alternatively how can I disable the sound during such operations in Firefox (or alternatively system-wide)?

I have tried watching videos through chrome and other browsers by searching something via duck duck go and watching that video on duck duck go, and it works on other browser so it must be specific to firefox.

Whenever I try to watch a video, in the drop down bar firefox select to mute audio for some reason. I then select 'allow audio and video' and refresh the page but the video is still muted for some reason. This also happens when I try to use other video sites. This has only started to happen recently in the past two days (and yes I am updated to the latest version of firefox).

How can I turn off the new Facebook Comment popup? I want to use the old version where the comments are listed under the original pots not in a seperate narrow popup window.

Okay, I give up. So, Facebook is or has implemented this Turn on two-factor authentication or whatever it is. What this means for me at the moment is that I am unable to access my Facebook account as it is now forcing me to use this Two-factor authentication thingie, despite that I do not have a mobile phone. (yes, I know it's unusual in this day of age not to have one. I did have one at one time, but for the moment I have no interest in getting another one). I would rather use my laptop anyway.

Doesn't Firefox have a Two-factor Authentication thing that I can use with Facebook? Without a mobile phone using the Firefox browser on a computer or laptop?

Now, from what I can see, Facebook is offering 3 ways of doing this. #1) Authentication app, like Google Authenticator or Duo Mobile. #2) Text message (SMS). #3) Security Key. So, because I do not use or have a mobile phone, I was guessing that my option would only be #1 Authentication app, like Google Authenticator ... which I have never used before, and while reading up on it, I keep reading that I can only use it with the Google Chrome browser?!? If that wasn't bad enough, I typically use Microsoft Outlook, not Gmail. So, I am at a loss at this point.

Again, I do not have a mobile phone. Doesn't Firefox have a Two-factor Authentication thing that I can use with Facebook? Without a mobile phone using the Firefox browser on a computer or laptop?

I have Firefox set to "view PDF files in Firefox", but this is not happening with sites like Capital One and Consumer's Energy. these sites are just saving directly to my downloads folder even though I 1) Want to view the file first and 2) if it is going to save a flle, it is set up to ask where the file should be saved.

Neither of these things are happening even though I have them set up correctly in Settings.

using firefox version 109 and my internet down load manager no longer works, it works in other browsers but not since updating firefox. not sure if i was successful in posting this request prior to this one so will give it another try. thanks

Chrome has no problem loading the page.

So, my browser is disabled. I can open it, but if I type anything in the adress bar (the home menu with recomendations and the search tab doesn't pop up) it will process the information, but then stop and gives me a blank screen. I send an image of it. For example if I type https://www.google.com the tab will go white and I can't do anything about it. In the apliccation menu, the only thing I can do is to go into troobleshooting mode by clicking the Help tab. Everything else (except for the new tab or window tool) is disabled. I beleive it is coused by the fact I can't open any website and those tabs are links. Please write back.
