How can I check if I am supporting Mozilla financially? I just received an email asking for a donation but thought I was already donating. Is there somewhere in my account settings where I can check if/how I am donating?

I can't install one of my Microsoft email accounts (the other two, yes). I solve this problem in the desktop app with an Owl subscription. How can I make it work also in the mobile app? It's my main account! Thank you.

Hello, my mozilla accounts email is a deleted email that no longer exsist, but it still asks for a conformation code that i cannot type in due to the email being deleted, is there a way to reset the main email and swap it for another without requiring the conformation code?

I have an account recovery key [removed the recovery key] But there is nowhere to enter this to recover my account. Why?

10-24-25 In my setup for 'BDR Office' Thunderbird has stopped displaying all my folders. How do I restore proper display. Noted fact, I have named three of my folders with preceding characters '0 -' on the given file name' so to display together in my list. Odd - these three folders are the only ones that display. See Attached. In my TB setup I have 3 emails set up and it is only the 'BDR Office' (for my email [edited from public] @reagancpa.com) that has ceased to display all my folders. Normally it appears similar to the [edited from public] @gmail.com as seen in the attached. On 10-13-25 I followed several Methods provided by Support.mozilla.org with no success. Earlier I logged in to Firefox to pose a question. Checking email, I had a notice from Mozilla that my account was used to sign in: Firefox on Windows 10 / United States (estimated) / Thursday, Oct 23, 2025.

Does Firefox think I'm using Win 10??? I checked my computer and it verifies that I am running Win 11 with all updates.

Call me confused. Or is this a non-issue? I ask because I'm trying to get into a member website and after I login, it takes me to a page that is for new signers ... not an existing member. Has happened several times.

I have a computer that is not eligible for Windows 11, apparently. I don't want to lose my files before I can purchase a new one--what can I do? I have a lot of files--some can be discarded but I need and want to keep others. I am a senior and not completely computer savvy.
