Dzień dobry,

Od jakiegoś czasu, nieregularnie ale ostatnio coraz częściej, mamy problem z przychodzącymi wiadomościami w TB: nie widać treści wiadomości (i załącznika jeśli jest). Czy to w wysłanych czy w archiwum. Zamiast tego w treści wiadomości jest jak na zrzucie z ekranu PROBLEM.

Na zrzucie Zrzut ekranu 2024-09-19 140422 jest przykład jak taka wiadomość wygląda.

na przesłanym załączniku ta część jest ucięta i przez to niewidoczna.(załącznik) - to tak nam znika i nie wiemy dlaczego

I am RE-ASKING this question because the person who responded to the previous iteration provided no help whatsoever. I'm using Firefox 130.00 on a MacBook Pro (15-inch, mid-2012) running Catalina (10.15.7). It has run flawlessly for years, but suddenly won't open, and only hangs, requiring me to Force Quit. It stopped working on Thursday, 9/12, which, I notice, was the day it was last modified with an automatic upgrade. I have quit and tried restarting multiple times, but am unable to get into it at all and, therefore, cannot access Troubleshooting Mode. I have NOT yet tried deleting it and downloading a fresh copy. I would like, if possible, to retain my open tabs, Bookmarks, and History.

When I visit the web site virtueonline.org using Firefox browser, the Disqus comment section does not appear below articles on the site. Sometimes, when I go in and out of the article, the Disqus comment section will appear, but not always. When I use Microsoft Edge, the Disqus comment sections appear.

I sold my Macbook, Signed out and Reset Firefox, and yet the new owner still has all my passwords saved in Firefox.

Why make it so difficult and unsafe? Reset should mean reset. period.

As I said above, I just updated to Thunderbird version 128.2.1esr (64-bit) and seem to have lost a couple of functions, in particular the ability to make a new Tab, and the use of an extremely handy Add-on, Shrunked Image Resizer. I have Mac OS 12.7.6 and I noticed in the release notes for 128.2.1esr (64-bit) that this latest version's System Requirements are MacOS 10.15 or later. Does that mean that I should not have downloaded the latest version, and if so, how can I revert to an earlier version of TB that will allow me to use Tabs and Shrunked Image Resizer? I thought that Thunderbird was capable of recognizing which version of Mac OS I have and thus would not suggest I update to the latest version of TB if it won't work as it did with an earlier version of TB. I would be very grateful if you could suggest a solution to my problem.

Websites won't load. I had max protection and DNS enabled, it worked, then one day it stopped and I got an error that they couldn't resolve the DNS connection. So then I moved it back to Standard protection, and now sites load intermittently. Facebook loaded fine an hour ago, now it says "We can’t connect to the server at www.facebook.com." I have no extensions, not connected to a VPN right now, have tried restarting, and other browsers work fine.

Have been using Thunderbird for years with 4 email accounts, until recently all is well , now i presume after the latest update i, now struggle to receive any emails , i normally load Thunderbird and after a few minutes the emails come in with a star by the inbox with the number of emails , now i have to click new messages and a new screen/box appears (see photo) and have to accept for each email account Hope you can understand my problem. we are trying to update our Firefox ESR to 128.2.0 version.

The install seems to get stuck when executing "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\default-browser-agent.exe" -register-task 308046B0.

We've tried updating to 115.15.0 first, that seems to install fine. After updating to 115.15.0 we tried to update to 128.2.0 again and it still hangs on the same part.

Also note that this happens on both EXE and MSI package. We also use the Finnish language version.

I updated Firefox yesterday and today I cannot access any comment sections on stories (Yahoo). I have re-booted my computer and cleared my cache. I looked at my privacy and security section of Firefox, but couldn't see anything that might affect this. In the past, I sometimes have to re-load the page to access the comments, but that is not working either. Here is the message that shows up: Oops, something went wrong :( We detected some connectivity issues therefore we’re unable to load the Conversation

Comments were working fine before the Firefox update.

Any suggestions?

Hello, I have a Laptop with Windows 11 Home and Thunderbird 128.2.1esr installed. Because my system partition was fully and my Thunderbird data took about 60GB I wanted to move it to a data partition on the same drive (C: -> H:). I found a tutorial that explained to shut down Thunderbird. Move/Copy the profile folder form C:Users\x\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\profiles\profile-name.default to the new desired location on H:. Then create a new Thunderbird profile via the profile manager that points to the new location and set it to default. Then turn on Thunderbird and thats it. It did it and it seem to work first. Everything was there after checking in Thunderbird. Then I decided to delete the old profile folder to free space up on C:. When I turned Thunderbird on again some stuff was missing. There are local folders, a gmail account and three email accounts from another provider. The local stuff and gmail look good, everything on its place. But the folders from the other provider are missing completely. Only the inboxes are there. But since they were kept empty always I can't tell if thats correct or a problem. The owner always kept the inbox empty by moving stuff to other folders (inside the account). But they are all not shown since the second start.

When I want to view an email, I don't see the one I open, but another email is displayed, where an image is inserted into the body of the email. Like it's stuck somehow. It's annoying because I don't know what is written in the correct email. Restarting the program or the computer did not help.

I have recently had to use an "other" browser to complete GoFundMe donations. Anyone know why Firefox won't complete the transactions? It works for all other transactions.

After updating to v115.0.3, selected tabs and the toolbar/address bar are now bright white and overriding my Windows colors.

Is there a non-complicated way to just change the colors of those two items without messing up everything else. It really clashes with the FF dark theme and my Windows colors.

Also, tabs are no longer visually defined. I'd like to bring back the tab separators. How do I fix that as well?
