I despise ai in every use and way with a passion. Now, it gets spammed everywhere on this browser, with no apparent way to disable and/or remove that filth. I don't want to see it, ever! Why is it even on by default??? I don't want "chatbots", "Ai assistants" or any of that shit at all.

Is it possible to sync all profiles among different devices? So they are tied to your mozilla account, then you get the option to choose which profiles to add on a different firefox browser. Mac and windows for example.

Also it would be nice to be able to change the "banner?". Basically the thing surrounding the profile image.

Since the last update, the firefox taskbar icon is showing a strange shopping card icon? How can I remove it? I am not shopping with Firefox, I am using it as my web browser.

Since a few days, Firefox started crashing each time I receive a notification.

Each time I click on the "Show" button to display a notification, Firefox becomes completely unresponsive: the content of the window is completely frozen and I can't click on anything. I must close it and restart it to make it work again. When I restart it, a dialog displays:

> Firefox is already running, but is not responding. The old Firefox process must be closed to open a new window.

In both applications, the notification is never shown: the freeze occurs before.

I tried the following changes but they did not stop the issue from occuring:

- Deactivating hardware acceleration - Troubleshooting mode - Deactivating firefox notifications in Windows - Deactivating `alerts.useSystemBackend` and `alerts.useSystemBackend.windows.notificationserver.enabled` in `about:config`

At the same time, I noticed that Thunderbird (v144.0.1, 64bits) started having the same issue. It haappens each time I receive a new message in the background and a notification should appear. Maybe this is related?

This wave of so-called AI (really nothing of the sort) is a nightmare for security, usability, performance and efficiency and if you keep forcing it on us I'll be jumping ship, probably for whichever fork excising it all gets popular.

I've been using first the Mozilla suite and then Firefox (since it was called Firebird, even) for twenty years now, don't do this to the browser I love.

How do I disable the cruft which appears in the URLbar? Specifically, the trackers detected symbol, the certificate verified symbol, the bookmark this page symbol, and the question mark symbols which appear on both the URLbar and the searchbar.

I noticed I cannot log on to amazon.ca or shaw.ca anymore on firefox, why?

When I signed up for Mozilla Privacy I didn't see there was a $99 charge; I thought it was just a new feature. I don't want it for $99. How can I cancel and get a refund?

Warning: Potential Security Risk Ahead

Bought a new Acer computer from a computer service last year with windows 11. Was not allowed to access a website, CheapsTees.com because windows10 was expired Oct.14Th 2025. Paypal also shows windows 10 on my account but hasn't effected the service.

The main reason we bought the new computer is because the old one didn't support windows 11. Just to verify, it shows on the invoice we have it.

Since I updated to 144.0.2 (aarch64) I cannot sign out clicking on my profile and also have trouble signing into my outlook account. Worked fine before update. Is there a fix? I'm running on MacOS
