When attempting to print a sent email...its full of messages that I do not want to print regarding complete information and delivery information to EVERY person I sent the message to...a 4 line message email wants to print 2 pages of delivery information that I do not want to print nor do I care about ANY of these delivery messages HELP please...this is windows 11 and newly installed Thunderbird

How do I restore the lay-out of the email program so I can have horizontal lay-out and see the content of the messages below the email? Now, in order to see the content of the email - Thunderbird opens a new tab.

I'm not a big fan of all the vertical options that are available.

Since updating Thunderbird 64 bit to v147.0.2, then to v148.0 (1st March 2026, just now), requesting the display of 'Unified Folders' (in Folder Modes) does not populate the unified Inbox with messages from any of my eight registered email inbox sources. The individual inboxes with their contents can be displayed below, but not in the unified Inbox.

Since being introduced several versions ago, I have found this feature very useful when checking my various received emails, and it is frustrating to be without it.

Can anyone suggest what I may or may not be doing to get this feature to work any more? I have been all through Settings, but cannot find anything relevant to this problem.

When I swipe to the left, Firefox navigates Back & when I swipe to the right, Firefox navigates Forwards. It is VERY ANNOYING!!!! It's really easy to do this accidentally while scrolling around a large web page. When you go back, it deletes all data that was filled out on the web form causing DOUBLE the work. How do I turn it off please? Win 10, FF 142.0.1 64-Bit

I search but did not find any list of environment variables supported by Firefox. Is there such an official list, perhaps groupped by Firefox version, published somewhere?

Every time I login on my computer, there is already an open Firefox webpage with a dialog box asking me if I want Firefox to be my primary default browser. Once I click "Set a Default Browse", a Microsoft Edge webpage appears giving me a list of choices of Microsoft application to select to be my browser. Firefox is not on the list. There is also a dialog box that appears on the lower right corner of the screen showing me the steps on how to make Firefox my default browser. The choices are "Show Me How" and "No Thanks". When I click the "Show me how", I am taken to Firefox setting, once I click the "Make Default" I am taken back to the list of Microsoft applications to choose as my browser. The bottom line is I cannot make Firefox my default browser anymore. In fact, I am not even sure if I am sending this message to Firefox or Mozilla. Would you please check and correct the problem. I cannot make Firefox my default browser. Would you check if Firefox is my default browser.

15 Nov. 2025 I contacted a very savvy computer consultant in my area, and he was able to connect my Thunderbird to my Google account, so I can finally use my Thunderbird software again. I have a question about the appearance of a message when I open the message. In the past, I always had the list of my contacts on the left side of my screen, aligned vertically, when I had an open message on my screen. That is missing now. I would like to restore that feature, and I cannot find a way to do that. Thank you.

I'm losing my mind by the fact that you can't hold to scroll or click to toggle scroll with MMB in Thunderbird, instead it opens a new tab which is completely useless to me since I share inbox and mail reader in one screen.

Is there any way to fix or change this?

If not I'd really like to request this as an option or feature.

When I start to compose a new e-mail, From, To, and Subject are all approximately below Insert on the top menu. How can I change this so From, To, and Subject are all aligned on the left side of the e-mail?

I had to reinstall Thunderbird, and the first time I tried, it asked for a donation, so I gave a one time type. he next time brought up Thunderbird, it once again asked for a one time donation. With this new Thunderbird, asopposed o the earlier one that I originally had, doe it do his every time I bring it up?

At some stage, one of my Imap Inbox email accounts & its sub-folder have moved to the bottom of the list - under all other folders (Sent/Junk, etc). The Sent sub-folders for this email account are in the correct place. I have tried all solutions that I have found: Subscribing; unchecking only show subscribed; playing with the settings on the webmail server, reinstalling, etc & I still can't get it back to the top, where it's supposed to be. I have attached a screenshot as it was & how it now is (worse) after updating my OS to the latest. Does anybody have a solution for this scenario?

Can you please help me and advice how Can I put my sign I'm answer above mail which I am answering to? Now when I am answering, my sign is always atthe bottom of page. First is my answer, then message from sender and then my sign (nobody will see it when there will be lot of mails). Thunderbird for PC is doing it as I want it, but I am not able to set it in android version.
