I recently started using a iPhone 14. I can’t seem to get your browser to autofill credit card info on websites. I have searched and it says to turn it on under settings, privacy, autofill. There is no autofill option under privacy.

Default search is reset to Google every time I close and reopen Firefox. How do I make Firefox remember my choices? I am setting Brave to be the default search.

I had been using Firefox on my iPhone for forever. All of a sudden the icon just disappeared, so I can no longer use it as my browser. When I check my apps in Settings, it's there, and checked as my browser, but there's no longer an icon to click on. I went to the app store thinking it had somehow become deleted, and instead of being able to get the app, it just says Open, meaning that it should be on my phone. How do I get the icon back? The way it is now, I can't even delete and re-install it.

I am not the one using Firefox for iOS; my sister is. I am not looking for an actual fix at this point, I just want to know if anyone else is having the problem.

My sister was having no problem logging into Chase with her 8th gen iPad until about a week ago (my apologies, I don't know the exact day). She tried to log in, and the Web site took her to the system requirements page.

The weird thing is, her system was fine according to their list. But she updated to the latest iOS (18-something) and then the latest Firefox for iOS 129.0.1 (she doesn't like .0 versions and always waits for .0.1).

She got the same error.

Chase insists that the problem is hers. Personally, I don't trust a corporation that big farther than I can throw their combined offices on the planet. Is anyone else getting this problem?

Again, I am not looking for a fix at the moment, just looking to find out if the problem really is in her set.

I have v138.1 and tab groups are not working. When I try and put one over another to create a group, it just sides away. I read this feature would be available on v137 and up after 5/6/25🤷🏼‍♂️

HI, I have a Mac with El Capitan OS and Firefox 78.15.0esr. Recently I can´t open some websites: ChatGPT, Likendin, TunnelBear, Wester Union, etc. Before everything was working perfect. Please HELP! Thanks friends :) When I try to open this website, nothing happens, nor an error, sometimes in certain website it keeps retrieving and thats it.

Ok, so first everyone needs to know I love Firefox, I have never donated a cent to Firefox. I think I have burned by FIREFOX MOZILLA HOW? I am not sure, because I am not an expert as all of you, but: I uninstalled Firefox because my iPad kept freezing and does not move on my iPad and all my four phones. While reinstalling Firefox, I see that one of their products called Monitor said my accounts have been compromised about 700+ instances. Then I proceed to find out how my accounts and private data was compromised? Well when I saw the list, you can imagine how long IT IS??? well, I was given a choice do it by paying $8+ a month/yearly and or manual; so what is the question how my addresses got compromised if I only use Firefox, Isn’t Firefox the self appointed SUPER GREAT BROWSER AND ADVOCATE FOR SECURITY AND INTERNET USER RIGHTS AND SO ON? Well again I am not an expert, but what I’m am so FXXXXXG burning stupidity it is that when I attempted to use the service, the FUNDAMENTAL QUESTIONS OF SECURITY your FUL NAME, YOUR DATE OF BIRTH, YOUR CITY AND STATE. Well, I am sorry today I lost flight on this browser, back to Safari, I guess. LIKE AN STUPID IDIOT I GAVE MY FULL NAME, MY DATE OF BIRTH, MY CITY, MY STATE TO FIREFOX/MOZILLA. Did you guys really get rid of night mode on iOS app?? And the tap and hold a link to see a small preview page? Those are the two biggest reasons I use Firefox iOS over other browsers- why did these two features go away??

iOS 18.5 -> Firefox app Firefox 141.2 (59350) -> Menu (3 horizontal dots bottom near right) -> Bookmarks (top left) -> Add (top right) -> where does this added bookmarks go to? I cannot find it? I suspect Bookmarks are not being added from the phone. I sync between desktop and phone, currently having to add bookmarks via the desktop.

Hi! For 2 weeks now I cannot permanently set a default search engine. I've always set Brave as my default search engine in settings. All of a sudden this was changed to DuckDuckGo by Firefox without my knowledge. I can change it back to Brave, but as soon as Firefox is cleared from memory it will revert to DuckDuckGo. Is anyone else experiencing this behavior? As it is now I cannot use Firefox when I always need to change the settings before using it.

I have downloaded Mozilla Firefox to my iPad. I keep seeing DuckDuckGo as my browser. I want to change my search engine to Firefox but I don’t see Firefox as a listed search engine that I can choose from. Does Mozilla have its own search engine? I don’t want to use the other listed choices such as Google or Bing.

Until the latest Firefox update, I could select the menu options, now in the three dots, and select Share which would give me several sharing options such as text, email, printer, etc. Now there is no option to Share so I have to copy the URL, close my web browser, open another app such as email or text, enter the addressee, paste the URL, send the message, close that app and return to the web browser. 8 steps that used to be completed in 4 steps within the open page in my web browser. Why was Share removed?

Transient issue where the top of the page overlaps with the task bar (whatever it's called on the iPad) so the plus sign for new tab is under the iPad's battery indicator. Can't close tabs. Seems to happen when reopening the iPad, usually corrects after a few times of switching apps, but very inconsistent. Deleted and reinstalled app, but problem continues. Others have reported the issue.

Nowadays safari can easily use uBlock origin lite to block ads and MS edge allows users to use adblockplus. However, Firefox iOS is still “ad friendly”, no way to block them 😭

How do I contact Mozilla customer support? The volunteers never actually answer questions completely. I need verified instructions from Mozilla employees. Why tech companies rely on volunteers with no company loyalty is amazing. I'm not having iPad issues, I'm having Mozilla support issues.

I have quite a lot of passwords stored in my iPhone. I would like to sync (or, if not possible, export) these passwords to my Firefox browser on the same iPhone.
