Each time I open Thunderbird, Firefox randomly switches to another window. When I set Firefox back to the proper window, Thunderbird closes.

Using Windows 11, Firefox 130.0.1 and Thunderbird 128.2.3esr.

I suspect the problem is with the latest release of Thunderbird. I want to install the older Thunderbird 115.10.1, but I did not find an easy way to do that.

I'm having an issue with Firefox and could use some help. When I use the Babbel application (and sometimes other websites), the page doesn't display at all. Even when I refresh, nothing changes. However, when I open the same link in Google Chrome, it works perfectly.

I tried logging in with a brand-new Firefox account, and the page displays without any issues. So, I suspect that one of my extensions might be causing this problem on my main account.

However, I don't want to delete my cookies because it's really inconvenient to re-enter the passwords for websites I use frequently.

Does anyone have suggestions on how I can identify the extension or setting that might be causing the issue without having to delete my cookies?

I love Firefox, I use it on all my devices. And daily I access facebook.com on this browser, it's been working flawlessly - until yesterday. Yesterday, using Firefox (ver 130.0.1) on my Windows 10 PC, I tried accessing a FB page which I visit sometimes: https://www.facebook.com/OpenOscillator

Rather than reaching that page, I got a white screen with this error message: "Sorry, something went wrong." And since then, even visiting the Facebook home page (or any other FB page) has the same error message.

Today I tried the same thing on my Mac (OS 14.3), using Firefox and logging into facebook.com, which worked as usual. But when I went to https://www.facebook.com/OpenOscillator, I got the same error message: "Sorry, something went wrong." And as happened on my PC, now on my Mac I can't access any FB page on Firefox.

And just to mention, I've rebooted both the PC and the Mac, yet this problem persists on both devices.

Trying this same exercise on Edge on my PC does not have this problem. Nor does it happen when doing this on Safari on my Mac.

So, this problem has only been happening on Firefox. I can no longer access facebook.com with Firefox. Do you guys have any ideas how to solve this?

Whenever i try to upload a file on macOS to Firefox the browser doesn't respond, making me have to force quit it.

I have a MacBook Pro M1 running the latest version. I am not sure what is causing this issue.

hello yesterday i updated my Win10N to 22H2 version. since then i dont have audio on X videos and get error messages on nius clips (see pic) in about:support shows h264 acc and hevc as unsupported. but i cant tell if this is new or not. anyway k-lite codec pack should make them supported, right? to further narrow down the problem i used edge and visited nius and twitter and both worked fine, so the problem must be firefox. so im out of ideas how to fix that. anyone can help me? my help request on reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/1fs2in3/need_helppossible_codec_problem/

I run G-mail in a Firefox tab. It worked perfectly until 48 hours ago. Now I cannot attach any files to my emails, and Gmail's "Help" is useless. Is there anything in FF which could be preventing this? Any clues as to why GM has turned nasty?

I tried setting every setting to English my region to Canada the browser opens in Turkish with a translate to English box. I go to a website and they are all in Turkish. How can I fix this???
