I have done the following operations:

• Allowed "Location Permission" of FireFox in system settings;
• Turned on the Location Service in system settings;

And "FireFox Settings > Site permissions > Location" is "Ask to allow(Recommended)"

Please help me with this problem.

i recently downloaded firefox browser. i have shut down the computer twice since then and both times the browser has reset itself. it acts like i am a new user and my customizations are lost. quite frustrating.

'I cannot add Lastpass to FFx. Clicking "Add" after locating LP add-on in FFx, the message : 'Download failed. Please check your connection.'. Then attempting LP add-on from> https://lastpass.com/misc_download2.ph the message : 'The add-on downloaded from this site cannot be installed because it appears to br corrupt'. from this site. I have switched to Opera as my default browser, and LastPass operates fully. I would like to return to FFx.

Any solution to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, i wonder if we can create a custom search bar only to add "keyword" (with quotation marks) before searched terms?

I am using address bar to search on google. Regular search result is coming like this:

what i want is:

https://www.google.com/search?client=firefox&q="pre-defined+keyword"+question so pre-defined keyword will added automatically to the search

I have followed the instructions on this site for the subject "Names but no email addresses displayed" I unchecked the box which said "show display name" but I am still not getting email address shown. This is important as yesterday my husband received an email supposedly from one of his friends but it was his name using unknown email address. We would like to see email addresses before opening spam. Thank you

Hi, This weekend all my installed extensions stopped working. I've tried to erase and re-install, but it doesn't seem to work. One, very needed extension, is adblocker ultimate to name one. I truly hope this fixable.

I have purchased Mailwasher Pro to identify spam before it is downloaded to my computer. The problem is that even when I untick the option to "check for new messages every x minutes" new emails are still being downloaded. This means that I am not able to stop certain messages being downloaded to my computer before I have a chance to vet and delete them via Mailwasher Pro. Just in case, I have also unticked "Allow immediate server notifications when new messages arrive" - I don't know what that does so unticked it in case it was causing the problem but still the emails download automatically.

Can anyone advise me please what might be causing this problem? I have contacted support at Mailwasher Pro and they have assured me that the app does not interfere with the way Thunderbird downloads emails. Also the support person I was emailing told me that he had his settings the same as mine and his emails do not get downloaded automatically.

Hello. I had asked a question about zooming only text. Since that is how it had always been. But it suddenly changed. I am using Firefox for Android on my Samsung Tab A.

I have long-time carpal tunnel and sometimes my fingers kind of drag on the screen, I guess, because it constantly activates a pop up that comes in front of my screen and asks me if I want to save or share this image. I have never used this popup to save or share images but it's always in the way. I wish I could just turn it off so I could relax my hand and browse, without it always getting in the way. Please tell me there is a way.

We have Firefox deployed to hundreds of workstations in a domain environment. We would like to control local site data storage, such as setting the amount of local site data storage can be used, which sites can store local data, or just have Firefox delete site data when closed.

We use Firefox .cfg file to set different options, such as this: // Set cache size limit clearPref("browser.cache.disk.capacity") lockPref("browser.cache.disk.capacity", 10240);

But we cannot find an option to control site data. Is there any configuration for controlling local site data that we can deploy to all users/installations?

I have selected 'use custom setting for history' option and checked last three option too. In setting of history setting I also ticked on 'browsing and downloading history'. So Firefox should clear my browsers history when I close it. but it doesn't. Please help me with this. I am using latest version of Firefox on windows10 if this does matter.

Every few days, my firefox homepage settings and options reset to factory defaults. I normally have about 8 pages that open EVERY time i create a new window and its frustrating to have to manually re-add them to the homepage every few days. Same thing with my toolbars - they reset every few days. my default pdf viewer also changes every few days. Bookmarks are still present - just the

I use the 'options' , 'homepage', 'use current pages' to set these up. I am running the latest version 85.0.1. I have seen other threads on this topic and so far none of those suggestions have helped.
