For the past two weeks or so the subject and correspondent columns of Thunderbird email have appeared blank; although double-clicking in the columns opens lines of code. How do I correct this? I have uninstalled and re-installed Thunderbird without effect.

Understand that TB does not have an upper limit to size of inboxes. I run a email-driven micro business and my imap inboxes grow in size very very rapidly. I have a super large storage with my email provider so storage is not an issue. I wonder if imap sub-folders can have less issues compared to a single imap inbox. Any advice will be appreciated.

Been having issues for quite a while with messages, containing images, loading very slowly. After downloading messages (64-bit 115.9.0 Windows), I click on a message that contains multiple images. All the text shows immediately, but in place of the message, all I see is a highlighted link to 'image'. After 15-20 seconds, each actual image will start loading. Any ideas what is happening here? When I go to some websites, such as Corair.com it hangs. I cannot click on anything. If I try to access specific pages via a search engine the same happens. I can close the browser but the 8+ processes don't terminate so I have to kill them from task manager.

I clear all of my browser history when I close FF so I can't remember all of the sites this happens on, but it was more than just Corsair.com.

I'm using 140.2.0esr, but also had the problem with 140.1.0esr. I did not have this issue on 128.12.0esr (I upgrade to 140 after that).

I tried turning use hardware acceleration off/on, that didn't fix it.

I am just about to try safe mode.

Thunderbird very slow to respond when opening the program. On opening any email it freezes for a couple of seconds resulting in a "Wait for the program to respond" or "close program message" . This also happens when performing any action in Thunderbird. This has been happening for the past two or three weeks. Can you tell me how to fix this or is it something you need to do to fix.

On a new tab in Firefox Focus for iOS 26, the floating keypad first appears, and once Dragged to bottom to make the full keypad, it glitches, erases what I wrote, and brings up floating keypad again. I know this is a beta and has bugs, this is just FYSA for iOS 26

I am running Firefox on Windows 10 64-bit, and I have lots of windows and tabs open. Occasionally I will get a message from Windows that I am running low on disk space. Recently I got the message, and I saw on my C-drive" "336,044,032 bytes free". After I did an Exit in Firefox, I saw "10,082,402,304 bytes free". The space that was freed was in the pagefile.sys file. Is this normal?

Hi, I am a new thunderbird user. I became a user because I wanted to speed up the receipt of my gmails. I have a windows 7 professional 32-bit pc. I confirgured thunderbird using imap. I've elected to gmail as my interface while keep your client running in the background. I have seen no improvement in the speed of email receipt. I've accessed email receipt data and the timeframes are unchanged since using thunderbird. Can you please help? Thank you

I get the following message that doesn't go away and stops me from reading any emails.

The red line at the top of the open email says Oops! Something went wrong. Please contact the support team with this error code: cb5a505d-33bb-4904-ae21-fa3a0380dc02 And it really seems as a part of the email but Isee that it scrolls below this red line. Could you please let me know what does this mean?

Keep getting this message: "The folder "inbox on [email address]' could not be compacted because writing to folder failed. Verify that you have enough disk space, and that you have write privileges to the file system, then try again."

I have tons of space, but I don't know which folder you are referring me to. Does it have a name? Does it reside in a specific subfolder? Can you give me some hints to locate the folder? Is this really the problem, or does the message indicate something else is amiss.
