Got a bit of an issue. There seems to be a change to functionality of Mozilla's Firefox browser and its affected one of my extensions; Lastpass.

Previously, clicking the jigsaw icon for extensions would show extensions such as Lastpass. If I click this now, it takes me to the extensions page for managing extensions.

I had previously had lastpass installed. But it seemed to disappear without me uninstalling it. This isn't the first time where there has been an update to Firefox and the plugin extensions has been broken so I downloaded the Lastpass extension and installed it again. It now appears in my extensions page. However, there doesnt appear to be any way for me to access it. Log into to it. Nor do websites get the autofill I would expect from Lastpass. So I have no access to its functionality.

I cant seem to find a way to get around this.

I feel that the extension icon (jigsaw icon) has now had its navigation changed during an update where it no longer points to where it should when you click it.

To access Lastpass, I can log in through the Lastpass website but this fiddly and time consuming. Can anyone suggest how I can get The Lastpass icon to appear in the top right of the window or to get it as an option that would drop down where I would normally expect it; by clicking the extension icon in the top right?

Clicking it is currently taking me to the "Personalise Your Firefox" page in the main browser window.

Trouble getting and sending email since updating security keys. My pop3 server names are inbound.att.net and outbound.att.net but when I look at my saves passwords it shows mailbox://inbound.att.net, Username ,password….When I attempt login and use pw manager pass word it appears to accept but responds with[SYS/TEMP] server error. Try later.

All message filers stopped working. I sent mail with a filter trigger and it failed to stop it nor list any filter logs.Was working fine up til 2 weeks ago. Any ideas? Filter logs are turned on.

After a fresh install of windows and Firefox, I logged into my account as normal on my PC browser and lost all of my passwords, bookmarks, settings, and everything else when I synced it to Firefox on my iPhone. It's as if my account was reset. There was multiple years of data saved there. Is there a fix to this?

In previous versions of Thunderbird it would just load, how can I get email content to show up again?

LIKE I STATED ABOVE: trying to send funds - after updating mozilla - I get message "... device not recognized". WHY before the last update I've done this function MANY times!!!!! what's going on with cookies, preferences etc???????????

I am using WIN10 and want to use my Firefox to open a pdf file and extract the text to input into a word processor. I saw a youtube video on it but it didn't work for me.

If I am using Sync and I want to delete a bookmark from "Manage Bookmarks" say, doe that book mark get deleted from the synced database on the Mozilla server? And if so, does it then get deleted from my other synced devices like Firefox for Android on my mobile next time I used Firefox on my phone?

hi totally blind and using a screen reader jaws for windows from http://www.freedomscientific.com and a member of blind information technology specialists and trying to login into my bits-acb.org account, ahve the correct user email and apsswrod, but keeps telling me that the password is incorrect. they use a word press site and word press login site. so can you help, a firefox bug and got firefox 129 on a hp pavillion laptop running windows 11 latest update and firefox 129 latest update, so this is a bug. can the support people fix this. frustrating, and then after about 10 tries then get locked out for 24 hours.

I would like to know how to stop the Google pop-ups that ask me if I want to go in app or stay on the browser every 10 minutes. I am using iOS. Google is my browser. Firefox is my engine.

Frequently, I notice on Youtube the UI just freezes entirely for ~1-5 seconds, usually periodically. I've measured it most recently around every 10 seconds or so (manual stopwatch in another tab, so a little faster or slower possible).

When in this state, I can often notice it frequently: on hovering over buttons the UI does not highlight them, the video controls will not appear, or the page will not fill the screen on resize, can't click into search, etc. Basically just full page freeze except for media playback.

It's disappeared and come back a few times, but tends to be more often there than not. This occurs on every page of Youtube. I've tried disabling basically all my extensions and refreshing the page without any change.

For many months now I have had a problem with one of my mailboxes. When I open that mailbox, I will get additional copies of emails that have already been downloaded in the previous several days. When I opened this mailbox this morning, new emails were very slow to load. When eventually the new emails started to arrive, again there were copies of previously received emails coming in also. As of now, I have single copies of emails that are dated today (02 Sept), 01 Sept, 31 Aug, 30 Aug, 29 Aug, and some from 28 Aug. However, also on 28 Aug, I have 5 copies of numerous emails. Emails dated 27 Aug, I also have 5 copies. Emails dated Aug 26, I have 3 copies. Emails dated 25 Aug, I have 3 copies. This pattern of 3 copies of emails continues back to Aug 17. For Aug 16 and Aug 15, I have only single copies of emails. On Aug 14, I have two copies of each email. I have tried turning off my anti virus software (TotalAV) and I have tried excluding the Thunderbird\Profiles folder. I still have the same problem. The other mailbox that I have, does not have the same multiple copies problem. It occurs to me that there is one difference between these two mailboxes. The one that does not have the problem, opens automatically because I have saved the login password. The mailbox that has the problem, I have not saved the password and need to enter the password each time. Could this difference in logging in be causing the problem? I am on Windows 11. I use a Vodafone network. Most of the time I anable to access the internet. Sometimes I can, sometimes I can't. I do not use a proxy. I am totally frustrated. When I go to settings/networks it tells me that all is OK and I am connected.

Thunderbird has started to get a message that an error stopped the application from sending emails. It started a while ago, than it went away no is doing it all the time. It receives message OK, but it is not allowed to send. Sending fro Telstra website or from my I-Phone 8 is no problem, only from my PC. I include the error message, I hope you can advise me. All old e-mails in inbox was missed from outlook, win mail and yahoo mail sever, It happens when I open Thunderbird post client. Firs I can see all emails, but next it was disappeared. I worried about thunderbird interment my yahoo account in yahoo server and cleaned all my old emails in inbox there. Possible, I click "yes" some question in Thunderbird mail client during receiving e-mails, when I must not to do. Could you please help me on recovering my old emails in yahoo server or Thunderbird server and solve the problem. Sorry for my English. Ali Nabiyev

i dont know why and i have try everything i found in here to find a solution but zero . for a reason my thunderbird mail when i open it for first time to use it and it receive new mails is not show them in black color as unreaded but if i keep use it for a few moments and some new mail come in after a while it show them as it must with black color witch stand for unreaded mails. i am one step to uninstall that program and i love it so much for many many years now but i cant work like that any more btw that problem is not done to any other mail program that i try only in thunderbird and i use the version 115.14.0 (32-bit), here a pic of mail that show you what was before that problem
