Hi~ I had made numerous attempts to login to my Firefox account and subscribe to the Mozilla VPN, strangely after inputting my email and password correctly, it took me back to the prior "Try Mozilla VPN" landing page. I've been thrown into this loop with every attempt with no avail. I'm completely stumped as I've been able to to sign in the my regular Firefox account without any issues. I had also gone through the trouble of adding the Try Mozilla VPN (https://vpn.mozilla.org/) webpage to the exception list of Firefox's popup blocker, which didn't resolve the issue. Any helps from the community would be greatly appreciate it.

My Amazon account password is blocked by all xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxs. I have tried to unblock it, but can't find a way to do it. Nothing happens. I called Amazon and they said it was an IP problem. Please unblock it. Let me know whether you or Amazon can send me a temporary password.

Hello Internet, I just bought Mozilla VPN, but when I try to set it up on my windows 10 device it crashes and I get a message saying "Mozilla VPN has stopped working." I am able to use it on my IOS device with no issues. I could use some help on how to avoid this issue on my windows 10 device.

Dear Mozilla and team....Firstly let me say a big thanks for all you do....Firefox the best, ignore the rest!!!! But,,,,,Please when are we going to see Firefox VPN service in Australia. I mean New Zealand has it and its not that far away from us here in OZ....So please make it happen guys.. So hanging out for it.

I just downloaded Mozilla VPN for iOS. When clicking the Get Started button, it takes me to an oauth page in Safari. I don't use Safari and have Firefox configured as the default browser. Why on earth would a Mozilla app bypass the default browser and go to another vendor's browser?

I think that Mozilla VPN has been blocked by my network administrator. I am unable to connect to the VPN network while connected to the network. How can I bypass this?

I am not unable to get to a certain government account www.eftps.gov to make company tax payments! The recording at eftps phone system says we must use SSLv3 or TSL1.1 or 1.2!

Firefox is blocking this site as of today 2/2/2021 apparently!

I am strongly tempted to install the Firefox VPN software but am worried if it will run with my Malwarebytes Premium protection software. I have little knowledge of computers and their software. Help.

Since the last update for the app, it turns off at random intervals and forces me to re-enable it. It never used to do this and only turned off when I did it myself. Any ideas why?

I just signed up for the VPN service for my desktop (Windows 10). I turned on the VPN switch, but how do I know it is running? Is there an icon for it or some other indicator it is active?

I am already a subscriber to Bitdefender VPN. I think I would rather subscribe to Mozilla VPN. I am concerned about Mozilla VPN conflicting somehow with Bitdefender VPN. I have almost a year to run on my Bitdefender VPN subscription. If I subscribe to Mozilla VPN, can I let Bitdefender VPN run simultaneously (until the subscription runs out), or should I cancel it when signing up for Mozilla VPN.

And, if I should cancel Bitdefender VPN, how do I do that? They teem to be a bit difficult to communicate with.
