I use Firefox in Windows 11, but when I close it and reopen it, my three open tabs are gone, it is supposed to open them, as checked in settings. I see the same thing happening in the MacOs, but no answers for Windows either.

Hello, I use Thunderbird to retrieve my AOL mail. Starting today, when I start Thunderbird it retrieves the AOL mail and then after a couple minutes I get the attached popup. I am not trying to connect Thunderbird to any Google account and I don't understand why I would get a message saying to use Google to sing in to Thunderbird. Once this popup occurs Thunderbird will not connect to AOL until I close it and restart it. I do have GMail set to forward messages my AOL address but this screen has not come up before

Any thoughts?

I have st installed Lime on my old Asus Zenbook an have installed Nord VPN. I am using the Firefox browser showing connected to the internet but am unable to access my webmail account and its popping up messges advising Problem loading webpage and another showing 502 Bad gateway. I am also having problem with the Zenbooks Keyboard with keys randomly not operating when pressed but will work after a prolonged or multi pressing.

All of a sudden and without me changing any settings I can no longer get images in web pages Am using latest version of Firefox - I think- on iPhone 15. Everything else seems to be working fine. And I can see images in safari Help welcome. David

My folders are in disarray and it is cutting into my productivity to file emails. I have tried but it in settings but it doesn't work. Many are in alpha order but there are 2 different two different sections of the same name, and some odd files end up in an alphabetized section.

For instance there are 2 different ZBV sections with other stray folders in the same area that should be in there own alpha folder area. It's a mess to find the right folder. I have to scroll up and own and look for the folder I need to file in. I would be happy to donate, and i have in the past, but I really need this to get fixed. Please, please, please...

I thought I was updating firefox today but the process lost the order of my book marks and makes them extremely hard to find. Some I used several times a day with one click. Now it takes me five clicks just to get to them and then a search. The old system worked perfectly for my purposes. Is there anyway to get back the old bookmarks tab and my old bookmarks in relatively decent order? The text promised me all my bookmarks,etc. I never would had clicked refresh if I had any idea this would be the outcome.

My email account [redacted from public] @live.co.uk was receiving mail until 6th August and then nothing. I'm getting a notification to say authentication failed and when I tap it the screen says "checking incoming server settings" and doesn't complete. I'm in the process of changing Web account logins from a talktalk account to the live account as the TT account is attracting spam. Could this have influenced the server settings?

For at least a few months now, my browser will suddenly and randomly go fullscreen all by itself. I can't exit it, and then it goes back to normal after at most a minute. It hasn't happened in at least a week. But today, it froze like that, not responding. I quit firefox, waited a bit, then restarted it. It went fullscreen and froze again. I waited at least 10min and it then went back to normal and responded again. It only happens when using firefox. I've done virus scans, etc, and it still keeps happening. Please help. Thanks.

I have installed Thunderbird to work with my spectrum email account. I had successfully installed it and was even able to recieve emails, but could not sent them. I uninstalled it, reinstalled it and now I can't receive emaill either. The settings for the servers and my username (fulll email address) all look correct per spectrum's website. Whenever I enter my password into Thunderbird I get:

"Login to server mobile.charter.net with username stynee@ca.rr.com failed."

Next steps?

Im looking for help to set up my Hotmail account. I have 4 emails. They all worked perfectly for a long time. All of a sudden, everything just stopped. I have tried everything and the configuration seems to be correct. Ive tried every fix i could find. It just no longer makes sense to me. Does it just not work with Thunderbird? The specific message is "User is authenticated but not connected". Also when i tried to send an email, i get "Login to server smtp-mail.outlook.com with username **********@hotmail.com failed."

After a recent series of updates to both my mouse and Firefox, my mouse no longer scrolls within Firefox. The mouse is Logi wireless mouse. Firefox is the latest version. The mouse scrolls fine in other apps, like WhatsApp, Outlook, Word etc. but not in Firefox.

When I try to scroll in Firefox, it stutters, jumps and will continue to jump even when I stop scrolling on the mouse.

I have spoken to Logi and there is no issue with the mouse itself.

I have tried Troubleshoot and Private mode, but still the same issue, so its not an add-on or extension problem.

Is anyone else having this issue over the last couple of days, or have any ideas on how to get back to smooth scrolling?

Hello, When I open Thunderbird, I get redirect on the browser to sign in into my Yahoo account. I enter my logins and a pop-up window opens and says that there is no application able to open whatever it wants to open. I already checked the forums concerning the Oauth2 login security for Yahoo, and tried several of the advices, but I always get stuck at the same stage. My operating system is Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS Thunderbird version 153.0 Am I missing an application? Or is something wrong with my settings? Thanks for any support.

Account settings attached. I don't have an active firewall. My email provider is microsoft (outlook) No antivirus installed Linux Mint 22.3 x86_64 Thunderbird 153.0esr

I have confirmed with microsoft support that the ports and such are correct, they claim thunderbird is the problem.

(On android samsung, using mobile browser) When I use fullscreen mode on the mobile Youtube website, the fullscreen breaks the screen rotation mode when i leave the firefox app and bring it back into focus. It will force (if possible) all tabs currently open into horizontal mode, and I have to navigate back to that youtube page, click the fullscreen button, exit fullscreen, then navigate to other tabs to fix it... temporarily. If I leave firefox again and navigate to the same tab that had the bugged video, it will start to force horizontal orientation again. It does not do this all the time, but it does this often enough while I am watching videos.

When I write and send a message. A window comes up saying copying message to sent folder and then it won't close. i.e. it just stays there. When I open up thunderbird again it says the message has been sent but I still can't close the window that says copying message to sent folder.

Orange obliged me to have a new password to have an access to my mails , sending and receiving . But it does not work , and now I can only use Orange .What can I do ?

Playback works correctly usually, but if I jump forward or backwards in time it sometimes never loads. This also completely bricks the whole brower, all other tabs etc, until I close firefox and restart it. This happens on all vods of twitch, and also livestreams where I am able to rewind (subscriber function). It is as if Firefox has disappeared from my desktop. I click on the shortcut but nothing happens. It was working fine last night. I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling but still nothing. A window does not even appear.

I am trying to evaluate your product, but i cannot load the program. it appears that this product does not have technical support. If the only technical support is from a forum or community, i will look at other products. i do not know the version since i cannot load it
