I am experiencing an issue with Google Voice in Firefox where I am unable to send DTMF tones (touch-tone signals) using the keypad during an active call. This means I cannot navigate automated phone menus (IVRs) or input PIN codes when required.

Issue Details:

   When I press the numbers on my keyboard or the on-screen dial pad during a call, no tones are recognized by the receiving system.
   The issue occurs only in Firefox. The same function works fine in other browsers like Chrome.
   I have confirmed that my microphone and audio settings are working properly.
   WebRTC is enabled (media.peerconnection.enabled = true in about:config).
   The issue persists even in a fresh Firefox profile with no extensions enabled.

I have a link provided by a web site I use. Through Firefox it takes me to a Mimecast authentication screen that asks for my email, then tells me to contact my IT department. This is my home internet. I can access the link through Safari. I'm stumped.

I have lately found two sites where I cannot log in using Firefox but can, using another browser (Chrome). I get variations of an error message saying a technical problem has been encountered and try again later. I have tried clearing cache and cookies but it doesn't help. I am using version 134.0 (64-bit) running under Windows 11, version 24H2. Has anyone else had this problem? I want to keep using Firefox but this is getting inconvenient.

I was able to login to ChatGPT before January 30, 2025.

I run Firefox on Windows 10. Currently I am using Firefox 135.0 which seems to be creating problems with Authentication Errors with ChatGPT.

Some extensions I had at the time are:

Firefox Multi-Container Tabs BitDefender Traffic Light AdGuard Terms of Service Didn't Read Print Friendly and MeasureIt.

These are all extensions I actually use.

And prior to January 30, 2025, I did not have a problem.

But ever since then I have not been able to login to ChatGPT due to Authentication Errors. I signed up using my email and password and never use anything else to login.

I am not using a VPN.

I cleared my Cache.

I disabled my Extensions.

I tried to login in a Private Window.

I even refreshed Firefox and it still would not work.

I have contacted ChatGPT's support team and they suggested I try a different browser and Chrome worked.

But I don't want to use Google if I can avoid it.

Please help me with this.

I have been unable to login to my online financial accounts for some time (at least a month or two). I use LastPass password manager, and get an error whenever using Firefox. I have no problem when I use Chrome. I have used Firefox for a long time, and hope I don't have to change because of these types of problems.

Good day, NASCAR.com is the only site so far I've come across that I cannot scroll the site. I haven't been able to scroll for at least a week now. If I switch to Edge I can and I hate using Edge for the popup's that I cannot get rid of there. Thanks for any assistance...

I am a card carrying FireFoxian. Please note: Firefox User since like Version One... I h@te Chrome. All of a sudden BAM I cannot log into ChatGPT from Mozilla Firefox. It authenticates then says there is an error. Private doesn't work. Clear history doesn't work. Should I go back to a previous verson of Firefox? 133.0.3 (64-bit)but it's the only one that works. I have a website through Squarespace (moneyball.health) and it keeps going to my previous website (ballpointbookkeeping.com) parking page. When I pull up moneyball.health on Internet Explorer or Shafari (iphone) I do not have any issues. Please advise.

Why am I getting this. I am sole user of my laptop and don't use Edge?

Some web sites (Best Buy for one) upon opening go immediately to the bottom of the page. Anytime you search for something on those websites the page goes immediately to the bottom of the page and you have to physically move the page back to the top or beginning. It does not do this when using Microsoft Edge. Help!

Login failure with a life insurance/annuity company. It takes my login information, then flashes a screen for one second then redirects to another page. The company is https://www.unitedlife.com/. I can open this site on my chromebook, using Chrome OS, but not in firefox on my PC. I am running 8.1 on my windows pc, and don't wish to upgrade to 10 (PC not compatible to 11). Note: the PC windows pc will not update to a current revision chrome browser any more. Any options/changes that can be done on the Firefox browser settings on the PC?

Dear, Since today, I have some problem to access to some local website. I try, by example, to go to this address : 192.168.17.1 (it's my local network) and it's the same for all of my internals address. Firefox said it's not possible but it's still possible by Chrome, Safari... In my parameters, I have no DNS via HTTPS and I made a exception for this address in the only HTTPS mode. I have been trying to log in to a newspaper website for which I have a subscription. This used to work in Firefox without a problem, but for a while now I have been encountering the problem that when I open the website the usual options "Subscribe" and "Log In" are missing. The "Log In" option is available when I open the website in Microsoft Edge. I have attached screenshots showing the missing links.

I have tried troubleshooting and opening in Safe Mode to disable any add-ons but still without success. I am hoping that there may be a simple solution and would appreciate any help.

I am using Windows 11 and Firefox 133.0.3 (64-bit).

I have Windows 11 on my Desktop PC and an up to date version of Firefox.

On two separate occasions I attempted to download past statements from two different credit card websites. Both times the requested statement failed to download, or even proceed to the next screen.

I called Customer Service for one of the Credit Cards and was told to try Google Chrome. I was forced to use Google Chrome to successfully download and view the requested statements.

I have been able to download and view the same information from the same websites in the recent past.

Could something have been changed in the Settings or what?

I’m using Firefox on my PC, and I’ve been having trouble with accessing and using the ChatGPT platform. Specifically, when I try to send messages, they don’t transmit or load correctly. The page appears, but it seems as though the messages don’t go through.

Here are some details about the issue:

The problem occurs only when I use Firefox. Other websites and services are working perfectly fine on my browser, so I don't believe it’s an internet connectivity issue, and I have full wifi bars. I can access the site and interact with it on my phone, and on the desktop app (which goes down occasionally), but the desktop version doesn’t work properly. It worked fine for a full day, maybe two. I have a paid subscription. I’ve also noticed the error message in the Console: "Source map error: Error: request failed with status 404" in the Console when I try to interact with the platform. I’ve already tried basic troubleshooting steps, including clearing cache and cookies, disabling extensions, and ensuring my Firefox browser is up-to-date, but the issue persists. I have been playing a word game on Gamepoint.com...always worked. 3 days ago when the gameboard comes up it is messed up. I jumped onto microsoft edge and it works... firefox is having issues letting this game load properly...how do i fix?
