Hi, please assist. My old Gmail account that I used to login is no longer working when I try to reset password. I don't have a 2FA push code (must have deleted this); however, I tried one of the 2FA backup codes which I do have (ten digit) to sync and access my old account and reset the password, but it is not working. None of the codes are working. Please help me reset and gain access to the account. Can you help me reset the password, and disable 2FA so I can get back in?

I am a subscriber to Mozilla Relay that includes the "Phone Mask". I believe I correctly configured everything ages ago, but am feeling VERY FRUSTRATED whereby I am trying to purchase tickets for a local event and the SMS code (that expires in 15 seconds) sent to my mozilla phone mask is NOT getting to my iPhone. Isn't there an end-to-end test you all have to track down misconfigurations or other issues?

I have lost access to the primary email on the account. I have 2fa setup on the account and I have backup recovery codes. When I go to add another email it sends a code to the primary email, which has no access. Is there a way to use either 2fa or backup codes instead of the code sent to primary email?

It is becoming a serious pain in my butt that it seems every time I turn around that I have to log BACK into my mozilla account. and when I do I ALWAYS have to wait on an e-mail code. and when I get it I have to click into the field before I can paste in the code.

Are you guys going out of your way to make this a pain in my ass?

Do you have some way I can use an authenticator or Yubi key?

Do I H A V E to use 2nd factor? I have a password manager with unique strong passwords. I feel like you guys are living in the 90 when passwords was new and rotating passwords was concidered best practice.

and why is it that many websites do not function properly unless I am logged into my mozilla account? Youtube especially doesn't function right unless I am logged into Mozilla with my firefox browser. Are you guys tracking me?

all this to say please make it easier to login to my browser profile. This should not be a 12 step process.

I was just trying foolow simple instructions but my app or phone. Won’t let me read or scan codes to log in or it won’t let me click on anything in a site I can only paste it and look it up

I tried to login to Autodesk for some discussion about file retention, etc. I logged in using my user id and password and then Autodesk sent me a code as a two factor identification function. When the page opened the place to enter the code it looked like the image that I have attached. I could not enter the code supplied by Autodesk as FireFox kept trying to get me to do something with email masks. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

I want to change the security rule. I have to get a code from my email in order to login to paypal. I wouldnt have any problem doing a text. Is there anything I can do?

I was testing a new website for a developer. I wanted to see if DNS worked correctly on various browsers. I downloaded Firefox and the test was OK. However, something happened with Yahoo and Facebook, apparently those sites think I am on another device. Where I have to log in, something with second level authentication was off, after several attempts I am now locked out. I suspect a Firefox setting is the problem. Suggestions on how to reset firefox?

FIDO2 Security Key (e.g. Yubikey) Support is entirely broken on Firefox mobile and has been for weeks. Screens that should pop up an interface to use my security key (e.g. after I've typed my password in to Google, in order to do multi factor auth) simply do not show the pop up. This is an absolute P0 issue that makes the browser entirely worthless as a default browser on a device, as many apps want to use Webauthn through the browser to do FIDO MFA. I will be forced to switch to an actual functional browser if this is not fixed soon.
