I read the article about having 50 GB of free VPN use after I updated Firefox today to version 149.0; however, I don't see anywhere where I can enable the VPN. I've checked in the "Customize Toolbar" section, and I still couldn't find anything. I don't understand, the article made it sound like I should have access, but I've also read that it's not out for everyone yet?

After upgrading to 149.0.2 (64-bit), when starting FF or opening an new tab, the preferred URL is not loaded. It is configured in Settings/Home/New Windows and Tabs All previuos FF versions were OK with the same URl (https://search.yahoo.com/web/advanced)

Firefox is my browser but unable to access email page, "Access denied. You don't have permission to access .... on this server". Internet operating ok otherwise. Also, I have an old Windows 7 laptop which works fine - emails available and open ok.

I changed my password, and now when I try to sign-in to my account on the Android app, I keep getting unexpected error message with both password sign-in and qr sign-in.

I was cleaning up my Inbox when I looked at the "Important" folder. I read in a number of places that this is a "Gmail" thing, and messages get in this folder apart from any action etc on my part.

I have a couple questions.

FIRST, are the emails in the "Important" folder only in that folder or are copies in there? I deleted a number of 2 to 3 year old emails that I do not consider important today. The closer I get to this year [2025], the more careful I get.

SECOND, how can the auto-population of that folder be stopped and the folder be deleted? I keep my important emails in designated folders so I can find them.

Hi, it looks like Firefox can copy links from selected tabs, using right-click menu. It doesn't work for non HTTP(S) addresses though, such as "file:///C:/Users/USER/etc."

Is it possible for non HTTP(S) addresses?

The add on Export Tabs URLs by AL is very good, has the option for non HTTP(S) addresses, but I couldn't get it to work for selected tabs, is it possible for selected tabs?

My question is a very obvious one if you look at the two screenshots I've attached. The 'X' to close the Firefox browser keeps disappearing, along with the 'maximize' and 'minimize' options as well. This has been happening for months. The recurrence rate is 50/50 each time I open the FF browser. It's not just an issue with closing or minimizing a page, it also removes the access to my Windows taskbar at the bottom!! Normally, when I move my mouse to the bottom, my taskbar pops up and I can access whatever I need, BUT when the FF browser has NO 'X' at the top corner, my taskbar won't show up at all! This is finally getting on my last nerve!🤦♀

Any knowledge as to why this keeps happening?🤷♀

My FF browser is up to date, as of yesterday. My default search engine is google. My PC is still running Windows 10.....could this be the problem?

I want to change the default download protocol accessing the mail server from imap to pop3. I went into the account settings & changed the default selection from imap to pop3. But the change does not take effect. Tbird still accesses the server using the imap protocol.

since v150 came out ive been having an issue where i get a flash of white on start up if i have Homepage and new windows as Firefox home with a wallpaper... i have re-installed firefox and tested it as default and it still happens. seems the wallpapers have a delay till it displays properly.

На на сайте поддержки Mozzila не нашел, ни интернет не подсказал. Я понимаю, что это автозапуск Firefox при запуске Windows. Но что конкретно делает данный параметр?

So, forgive me, I'm a little frustrated right now, but I needed to move an Open Tab to it's own window, without the use of my mouse (yes, it's having issues right now), but: I used to do this by tabbing to the TAB in question and pressing <Shift> F10, which opened a context menu with a Move To sub-menu. Now the menu didn't have that option. see pic below. ...Yes, I was able to do the same via, File | New Window, and coping the address to it with Windows cut/paste and <Alt><Tab>. Still I would like to know how to get to the TAB context menu option without the mouse.

My cat jumped on my keyboad and Firefox detected 'unusual activity' She probably hit a combination of keys which lead to said activity. Instantly, I had to verify whether I was a human. I did, but really, it was my cat. Neither my cat, nor myself have bad intentions. I just thought Firefox security should know that these things might happen.

I hope that my cat's activity didn't compromise my account. Maybe 'unusual activity' should be less strict, though I do understand that Firefox must be vigilant. Maybe it would be a good idea to let users describe what happened, before sending Captcha?

Today I received a suspicious email from wilfred.bayer.lsr8a@sewjp.jolorvex.world. When I tried to forward it to report@phishing.gov.uk, it remained in the mobile app's Outbox and a message appeared as a notification: "Failed to send a message. Reject for policy reason." Then I took a screenshot of as much of the content as I could and attached it to a new email, sending it to the same address. This too remains in the Outbox. What is the problem?

I don't know what to do when February 29 is in my calendar, 2026 is not a leap year. I've found nothing to help me. I have the latest version if Thunderbird. Thanks

My firefox is on the latest version and up-to-date but will not access my home router which l normally us ip address. When trying to acess in edge works with no issues I am using windows 11 and all ok but wish to use Firefox And the IP adress is corect Can you advise
