How to import bookmarks and passwords from Chrome only have Android tablet

I am trying to import my passwords and bookmarks from Chrome but the instructions available don't work. The menu options don't exist in my firefox as installed on Androi… (funda kabanzi)

I am trying to import my passwords and bookmarks from Chrome but the instructions available don't work. The menu options don't exist in my firefox as installed on Android tablet and it's my only device- no computer available. I am bedridden so cannot go anywhere to do anything. Chrome is overheating my tablet so I can't use it. I loved Firefox when I had a computer. Is there a way to import these without a separate personal computer?
