My pictures of products I search for don’t appear only the info for the product

Google will not let me post a question, it pulls up captcha and after I did that 2 x it pulls up more captcha, what could be the problem?

Problem: "Video cannot be played on your device as it does not meet content protection standards" Message when trying to stream videos but only on Amazon Prime.
I have searched the internet for an answer only to be told the problem lies in the browser. I find this confusing because a few months ago I was always watching Amazon Prime videos on Firefox browser. What has changed? How can I correct it? I have the latest Firefox update (108.0.1 64 bit) on my mac Book Pro, MacOS Ventura 13.1.

And I thought I would be searching the Internet through Firefox and nothing would be going through Google. The default search engine is still set for Ecosia and there is no option to use Firefox. Did I do something wrong here or is that the way this works?
