In the latest version of Firefox for iPad (IOS) the tabs are now at the bottom of the screen requiring 2 clicks to get to instead of 1. How do I get my tabs back at the top of the browser? The toolbar location setting is missing from settings.

I recently started using a iPhone 14. I can’t seem to get your browser to autofill credit card info on websites. I have searched and it says to turn it on under settings, privacy, autofill. There is no autofill option under privacy.

Seems like the Mac iOS pop-up Translation function (when you highlight a text on a webpage and a pop-up menu comes up with "Copy," "Translate," "Look Up," etc.) isn't working on Firefox 123.4. I've checked my Settings and it doesn't seem like there's anything that should be interfering, and it worked fine until about three days ago, when suddenly every attempt to Translate gets a "translation is not available right now, try again later" error.

Any ideas? What sucks is I'm not sure if this is a Firefox problem or a Mac iOS problem. Thanks for any insights.

I recently strengthened all my passwords. I used FF on my Mac to accomplish the task and synced the new passwords to Firefox for iOs on my iPhone. I hit the button for autofill passwords, but autofill doesn't work. Often I get a message saying I must have a "passcode-enabled" device. I have that, if they mean the passcode for starting the iPhone after it's been turned off. Wassa matta? Thank you.

my colors do not display correctly on all websites on my iphone please help i want to keep using browser i already tried taking off enhanced privacy and cleared my cache but some sites are still missing colors

Hello: I’m running iOS 17.3.1 on iPhone. The problem I’m experiencing: I used to see the Recommended by Pocket articles on my iOS Firefox homepage, but they stopped appearing a few weeks ago. I’ve searched for a resolution, but all I can find are the steps for customizing/personalizing my HomePage: the problem is that although I’m signed into my Firefox/Mozilla account and have chosen Firefox as my Homepage for New Tabs, and I’ve signed out, restarted the app and changed my Firefox settings several times, the option: ‘Recommended by Pocket’ ( along with the actual articles appearing on the homepage) doesn’t even appear anymore: I’m at a loss as to locating that option, as well as, again, seeing the Recommended Articles as they appeared previously. Printer help needed! Where is my default IOS printer (Epson ET-4850) & where is the print option in Firefox? The bigger question is how do I connect my default IOS printer to Firefox?Thus far I have no way to print from Firefox therefore have deployed the workaround of copying web address into Safari and printing from there. I do not want to spend hours researching something that should be simple and likely is something that most of you already know. Here I am 10 yrs post retirement I’m already feeling outdated & very stressed 😟 Thank you for any information & help you might share!

As of version 123.x Share>Add to Home Screen shortcuts on iOS/iPad Home Screen no longer open. Instead when tapping the icon it just opens the Firefox start page.

Firefox is my default browser on my IPad. About two months ago I started having to make two attempts every time to open hyperlinks in email messages. The first attempt led only to my Firefox homepage. The second was always successful in opening the link. Starting about two weeks ago, all efforts to open email links in Firefox failed - they all led to my homepage. There is no problem with my internet connection and the problem persists regardless of whether I’m using VPN or not. Changing to Safari as default browser on my IPad works fine as does using Firefox on my Windows PC. How do I fix this problem? Thanks in advance for advice and assistance. ATR

I wonder if the sudden issue with Microsoft NOT letting me log into my Outlook account because "too many attempts have been seen" has anything to do with signing up this morning for your VPN?? Everything was working prior. Thanks

There is an on/off switch in the Android version of Firefox: Setting>Customize>Scroll to hide toolbar that is not there is the iOS version, that I use on my iPad. I've looked everywhere in the iPad version's settings, but that entire section (Customize) isn't there. Is there some way to make the toolbar in the iOS version visible all the time? It's really useful when I've scrolled down to read a page and need to switch tabs, something I do quite a lot.

After the latest update, which happened today, the address bar got so narrow that not only can I not see the address I am browsing, but I can’t type a new address either, because the reader view or certificate info buttons are too close to one another (see attached image).

I hope this can be addressed soon. Browsing has become much of a hassle now.

for some time now I have not been able to download anything from homepages. The download window pops up, but it is a 0 file. I have uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it, but unfortunately this has not worked. What can I do?
