I want to use Firefox, not Chrome, for my information transfers to Centrelink etc. Firefox stalls - stays blank below - every time I expect to get further info when I have filled in data. This is not so on Chrome, where the next step is revealed after filling in a segment of info/data.

Specifically, I am trying to pull up a web-site. It is called - http://pi-star/

Can someone help me with the right settings.

Plus, this works on another computer, but not this one.

The IP address I am seeking is wlan0:10.0.0.100

I loaded Firefox yesterday using Firefox Installer.exe

The installer loaded to my laptop with Desktop Icon Target "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" This has my bookmarks and personalizations, and is synched with the Firefox on my Tower computer in another room

Now my laptop has another Destop Icon Target "C:\Users\FEDER\AppData\Local\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" This firefox browser is new and has none of my bookmarks and personalzations. It is not synched.

My Apps shows only 1 Firefox installed, and it will not uninstall.

How do I remove both of these firefox browsers, remove firefox from Installed apps, so I can load a clean version?

Hello, I tried to save a page as pdf = "pdf not generated". Then I tried again, seemed to work but couldn't open it. Any idea ? NB it is paying newspaper, I am a subscriber.

Was the multitasking capability for Thunderbird added somewhere in version 91? If so, can someone identify exactly which release? I'd rather not have to look through 15 or so Release Notes on the chance that one of them mentions this. Can someone expound on what led to this change?

1. I am customer of Ionos, formerly 1&1, who host my website and an associated email address. On 14 February, Ionos advised me I would be unable to download emails from their server after 25 April unless the email program supported TLS1.2 or higher and they said Thunderbird version 52.00 supported TLS1.2 or higher.

2. I have 2 PCs with Windows XP SP3 and 1 laptop with Windows Vista. Ionos say the only email program I will be able to use after 25 April using the latter 3 devices to download emails from their server is Thunderbird version 52.00.

3. Is there now any means by which one may install Thunderbird version 52.00 onto a PC with Windows XP SP3 or, alternatively, a laptop with Windows Vista?

I downloaded Mozilla for e-mail last night as I currently only use IOS on my iPhone and haven't used a desktop e-mail programme for a long time.

It struggled with my configuration settings and when it finally accepted them I clicked done and it has been sat on the "checking password screen for the last 10 hours or so.

Can you help at all, please?

The file you are supposed to download on page "https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/content/146849" gives a webpage with trash, where it should open the download window . I know it's Firefox because I tried downloading that file via Opera browser and that succeeded . Dowloading zip files from the Xerox website gave no problem, only DEB files .

I had to open a new Thunderbird account after a hard drive replacement. I saved my profile to external HD. I transferred it to my Profiles folder but the new TB does not default to it. How do I get this to work ?

This is a new install, I don't remember if something I did initiated this or not. The only accounts I have are GMAIL and an IMAP account. A local backup would be a plus, but I don't want to delete twice as I process my inbox.

I've followed the process of adding an email account but on the page title Setting Up Your Existing Email Address, when I click "Done" at the base of the page, I get an error message "Error Creating Account, Incoming Server already exists.

This has become really annoying: when I go to settings -files and application it is locked to "Downloads" Folder. I want them to go to desktop and then decide what folder I want to put them in (if at all)!
