After many years of successfully using Mozilla Firefox, the last few weeks I noticed a problem that gradually progressed that made it difficult to add a single Bookmark. Now the Bookmark displays only: Manage Bookmarks, Bookmark Current Tab, Search Bookmarks, Bookmark All Tabs, Bookmarks Toolbar, Other Bookmarks, Mobile Bookmarks. Not only could I not add the new Bookmark but I no longer could view ANY of my Bookmarks created over the years. This error started out easily corrected by going to different website and then back to the one that I wanted to save. Today, that did not work and no matter what I tried including completely shutting down and turning back on my computer to the Firefox browser, I could not add ANY website to bookmark. What I tried next was to sign out of Firefox which required me to create a new password because the previous one created was not accepted. After creating a new log in credentials I then tried to use Sync to retrieve my data which was unsuccessful because no entries under Bookmarks were present. What if anything can I do to retrieve these important Bookmarks? Thanks

I do not understand. I reinstalled my Slimbook OS. After reboot, seems like the user account for linux is created after the reboot. But anyways, I signed in Firefox, got my extensions, passwords, and also my Multi-Account Containers saved containers.

I upgraded system and rebooted and Slimbook OS created a new account. So, I had to login to Firefox again and do the same. But this time, got extensions, passwords but not the Containers. What the heck ?!

What's wrong here ? I really would like my containers back.

Someone please help me.

Hello, I've been using firefox since 2021, and I have lost my account due to accidentally deleting it. I have my JSON file with all my passwords and information, but can't seem to sync it and use firefox like a I used to. I need help with this matter ASAP.

I want to have all my Firefox bookmarks show with a "relatable" icon. The same lists are shown in one location as globes or a generic icon, while the same list is shown with "relatable" icons in another. Is there a location that I can copy so that all my lists look the same? Windows 10 Firefox version 137.0.2 (64 bit)

Greetings my firefox crashed earlier and now all my data is missing bookmarks, search history and so on i have looked at your website and found an article telling me to check my profiles which i did and neither had the missing data can you help

I had to buy a new HD. Reinstalled FireFox.

I can't find how to import my old bookmarks. On my taskbar it says "Finish Setup" with a list ....but no hot link on where to go next.

I think I have completed the list.
