Hi, help please I need to connect my mozilla account to antoher device and I tried everything to add it but it keeps asking for this WANTED verification code and I never get it, even if my mail is correct, I adeed the mozilla address mail. Of course there is no way to contact them as they rely on their community to do the work for them. I wanted to leave mozilla recently cause of the AI direction, and I see that the basic settings user's options don't even work correctly :*

I am trying to add one of my Google email accounts to Thunderbird. It brings up the "Sign in with Google" window, which is normal. But instead of "Sign in to continue to Google...", it says "Sign in to continue to Mozilla Thunderbird Email". Which then generates an error: "Error 400. The server cannot process the request because it is malformed. It should not be retried. That’s all we know." I've not ever experienced this issue before; adding a Google account has always been super easy and straightforward.

I have installed Thunderbird on my Samsung phone and synced it with the desktop. All three of my gmail accounts came up okay, but when I go into them I do not get the inbox, only outbox. When I click on each account to try to sign in I get an error that says "OAuth 2.0 is currently not supported with the provider". How can I sign in to my gmail accounts on my phone in Thunderbird?1

Cannot access Tbird on PC, but have done so using Outlook; and Tbird Outlook & Samsung mail on mobile. Gmail: some new messages and those quite old are accessible. See Screenshot. iinet: nothing accessible. See Screenshot. The password used to access on webmail works there but is not working in Tbird on thePC. Three technicians have attempted and myself have attempted to rectify. A primary password was used earlier, this has been unsuccessfully tried. It isn't required now. I fear this may be the problem but don't know how to rectify.

hi today thunderbird started showing yahoo popup login and after adding credentials i always get "something went wrong.We could not sign you in. Try again from a different device." Also popup once closed it opens instantly.

i can sign in normally from browser. thunderbird version is 147

is there any fix about this?

Hello. Firefox saves my password but not my email address on Royal Caribbean's website. I have tried everything possible but still will not work. I know how to save passwords and email address. All my other websites will open just fine, but not RC. I always have to type in my email address. Chrome does open up both my password and email address. I used AI and did everything it said to do with Firefox and still does not work. I have windows 11. If you have windows 11 try it and see if it works for you. Any help would be appreciated. My email account is set up with 2fa with an app-specific password for Thunderbird. I manually updated all the info in Passwords, but TB still won't connect. Under Setup it keeps saying "Authentication failed: Check username and password" but both are entered correctly. Under "YourLogin", I have re-entered two different formats but still fails. I also set the SMTP server settings to match email account.

  I've been fighting this for too many hours.  Can somebody help me get connected?

My email works at first, then after a while it says incorrect password and asks for my password. I enter the correct password (100% correct) and it says wrong password, and it won't work again until I start the computer next time and enter my password. (it works, downloads my email, then after a while it all repeats) Thunderbird. (recent download) Windows 11.

The password that was accepted to log into Thunderbird now isn't accepting that password anymore, and when I try to send my father email, it givesves error message. It says, "Sending message from michael.moon@austin.rr.com has failed". Now it doesn't give me a prompt to log into Thunderbird.

Has anyone noticed a bug with Thunderbird if you repeatedly click cancel after the desktop app is launched. I decided I didn't want to access the mail box then clicked cancel and was represented with the password entry box multiple times and each time I clicked cancel to exit the app. After a number of repeated cancels, it eventually systematically opened each mailbox that has been unified in Thunderbird. Has anyone else had this experience?
