having trouble getting into url from Fox News. after entering my email to receive a link to sign into the page I want, the little circle just turns and does not move to the website I asked for. It was working and now it doesn't. Jim

Every now and then, Firefox downgrades itself to version 121. In order to change it back, i have to update it to 127.0, and then to 137.0.1. After doing so, a couple hours will pass before tabs stop loading, and i have to close Firefox and open it again, for another error to show saying i was using an older version, and i need to update. this sends it back to version 121. The errors i get, I've attached !! There's also a troubleshoot data thing, not sure how that works though.

I just rebooted my computer, and when I opened Firefox again an hour ago, all my extensions were gone (I've re-added those) but so are any bookmarks older than about a year. I'm logged in, and I don't have sync on. I'm not sure where to even start looking for them to get them back, but this is a huge pain.

Hello, I have not been able to upload my video to YouTube for a month. I have been waiting for several hours and the video upload progress is zero. Another browser freely uploads videos. I have uninstalled and installed the Mozilla browser several times. Please help with the settings.

As of today, when I launch firefox, all of my tabs (which have been working fine for the last several days) crash.

By disabling all of my addons, I get this to go away - and by testing addons one at a time I am able to determine that: -Ublock Origin -Kaskpersky Password Manager Cause all of my tabs to crash.

Whereas: -Sponsorblock for Youtube -Youtube Nonstop Both crash if I visit youtube, but don't affect the browser otherwise.

So it seems like ALL addons are currently broken when they try to affect a tab?

OS: Xubuntu 24.04.2 Apache: 2.4.58 Firefox 137.0.1 and earlier

In general Firefox is working. However, after every update, both major as well as point releases, where Firefox updates and then restarts itself, it almost always starts up and displays the homepage (local page on my machine) but is completely unresponsive. It will not load a locale or a remote page. I can kill all running firefox processes and then manually restart the browser -- with the same behavior. I have discovered that if I wait for around 10 minutes or so, then the browser starts working and continues to work just fine until the next update. Once past this initial update wait, I can kill/restart the browser, reboot, etc. and Firefox is responsive. It is only immediately after the updates that this problem occurs. This has been going on for at least the past six months or so, but is new behavior that didn't exist prior to that. This isn't a show-stopper, but it is very frustrating.

Any suggestions.

Hi, following a recent update installation I have not been able to log onto BT Webmail to deal with my emails etc, it seems to go into a kind of loop and keeps showing a log in page quickly, then it disappears and reappears straight away again, does anyone have any idea why this is happening, I have checked the version and it's 137.0.1

Hello, I am now seeing a problem displaying an Iframe with Firefox Browser 137.0.1 (64-bit). It appears but in a reduced form (about ten lines of a spreadsheet) without occupying the entire size of the Iframe. This problem did not exist previously in previous versions of Firefox. Please let me know if there is a solution. Other browsers display this Iframe correctly.

I was trying to go to ssa.gov, today, and hit the button to login. When I did that, I got a 400 page saying: Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

I have done this before, and it worked. To test if it was a problem with the web page or the browser, I did it from another browser (Brave), and it loaded fine. Is Firefox sending a bad request? Is this something you can fix.

Since the last update that I received from you and installed I can not longer get in to my online Bank account. I get a window telling me access is denied. Try logging in with a different browser. No they aren't as secure 4. Try logging in with a different device. No only use my desk top for business.

The Bank says they are having trouble with Firefox. I don't want to have to use Edge or Google they aren't as secure as Firefox. Please fix this with the Horizon Bank. Thank you. dleeb17

I cannot get supporrt.mozilla.org pages into dark mode. My eyes are not good and I can barely read these pages. I have Dark Reader enabled, but I cannot find any way to enforce dark mode. Is it possiblle and, if so, how do I do it, please?

Continuously being logged out of Mozilla on Firefox on different PCs (same account). Mozilla will not accept already saved password. I keep getting prompted to change password. I "change" it to the original password. That usually (but not always) works. How to fix?
