I just installed Firefox on my Android phone and chose it as my default browser. I wiuld like to import all my Chrome info - bookmarks, passwords briwsing history, etc. How do i do that?

Hi good morning My name is Douglas and I am new to use this service I'm on my windows HP laptop and it asked me to create a Mozilla account as I could created my Mozilla account it accepted everything and then when I needed to change my information that I had already included in and it accepted when I went back to change that it blocked me out of my account I do not know how to get in to I don't know how to unlock my account can you please help me or show me how to unlock my account thank you very much it's greatly appreciated

I've been using Firefox for Mac for oer 20 years, and have gotten two notices in the past week that my account will be closed this weekend, and all my data destroyed. As a daily user, I've assumed that I'm a member in good standing. Is this email a scam?

I upgraded my Ubuntu 22.04 OS to Ubuntu 24.04, all went well except for Thunderbird which was completely removed! When I try to install it my previous password is refused. I was able to reset it but none of my data (inbox messages, addresses etc ) are there. I also use an extended support version of Ubuntu 16.04 and have Thunderbird still working there perfectly. When I originally installed Ubuntu 22.04 I had no problem with password refusal or all my data not being imported from U16. Can you please advise, Derek

In Thunderbird 128.8.1esr (32-bit) Danish language version, on Windows 10, when a list of past notifications pops up, I cannot close them. Whether I use "Turn off" individual notifications one by one, or "Turn all off", nothing happens, except the first time I try, I can see at the bottom left of the screen that communication takes place with the server. But the notification doesn't disappear. On following attempts, nothing happens at all, until I restart Thunderbird, then again I get a long list of notifications from the past that have never been turned off.

As for individual notifications popping up at the scheduled time, I can mostly, but not always, turn them off.

The calendars are no google servers. The problem started occurring 2-3 months ago.

What to do?

I am using Thunderbird as an email server. From time to time I navigate to the 'roaming' folder and save the 'Thunderbird' folder as a backup. I could then rename the old back-up file to 'Thunderbird' and read the old emails. That has always worked in the past, but since I have had to change email platform that doesn't seem to work any more. So how can I set thunderbird to view these old emails?

I keep getting notices that I have a virus that can't be found by my AV programs and gives a website of yfyfx.freshadsflow.top.

I keep closing the notice out or selecting the "Dismiss" button but it keeps coming back. If I unistall Firefox and reinstall it will I lose all of my bookmarks?

I'm migrating an existing Mozilla Thunderbird account/email from Windows 10 computer onto a new Windows 11 computer; I've downloaded Mozilla Thunderbird from the download site onto the new Windows 11 machine and set up my credentials, but initially none of my Local Folders were visible; then I exported the %APPDATA% site where my profiles folder lived on the Windows 10 machine and imported it into the %APPDATA% site on the Windows 11 machine, and now, for some reason, I have 2 instances of my email name, 4 instances of a Local Folders ... and even though I'm getting/sending email from that Windows 11 machine, the Local Folders remain empty and the tools to move inbound emails into them are not working. What should I do?

I have not been able to connect to SMTP server. I am using version 139.01. I removed my account after having issues with my VPN (Proton) and tried to reinstall. I get the error message that settings for account cannot be found. I do have a backup copy of profile it that is necessary. How do I recover my account?

I continue to get the following message every time I open Thunderbird: Mozilla Thunderbird Email wants to access your Google Account at xxx@gmail.com

I have deleted the account from Thunderbird and made sure inside the Google Email account there are no permissions set up to allow Thunderbird access.

How can I get this to stop?

I have two email accounts. One is about 2% of my email sending and one is 98% of my email sending. One of them is the default choice when I create a new message to send. Guess which one is the default?

How the absolute F do I get TB to re-order these so that I am not sending so many messages from the wrong address?

Do I need to set up a completely different profile for TB and only launch into that when I am going to send from the lesser-used account? What the heck do I have to do?

Trying to sign in to synch a new firefox installation on my laptop. It just does not work. I get a 6 digit code on the Mozilla autheticator but Firefox wont accept it. I try to use the one time codes I saved years ago but firefox wont accept them. I really want to stay with firefox but it seems mpossible Help please. Many thanks Tony.
