I was wondering how I can remove redirect to one login I have some medical websites that were associated with my school account through one login, but my school account was suspended after I graduated. I can access some of these medical websites because it automatically redirects to one login, preventing me to even use my personal login information. I tried to remove the cookies and the history but still I keep getting redirected.

I had to restore to install last update, May 25, 2025, and turn off auto update, because it is not compatible with GVoice. Or other G anything.

Specifically, it took 20 min. each time with all the stupid verification, for which I needed more verification, and when I did finally access G Voice, I could nor press the lock before the URL, nor any other way to enable Permissions, for sound and mic, which was now all, by default, shut off. I had to use GVoice to reach my SIM provider to find out why I showed plenty of Gigs left on my plan, yet no service for 48 hrs.

The whole verification hassle opens us up to more hacking, not less, as we get desperate, waiting to get the codes in the best of times. Also, phones often do not work, or are too slow to get the code in time. And I always have to do all this in a library parking lot, risking spying, because phone signal/internet rarely reaches us in rural areas, or is corrupted, with greedy AI taking up all the bandwidth. And cable is $50K investment, and does not work when the power is off, which due to Pacific storms, is about a total of 3 months a year. I dread having to go online for anything, and will not update Firefox until I hear some encouraging news.

Thank you all, this is still the best, lightweight browser. And at least I have people here to give me advice!

More frequently than I care to admit, I seem to close FF instances which I don't want to close (such as my connection to Whatsapp). I then miss important replies or questions. Of course I can reach out to 'History' and try to find the closed Tab or Window... But that takes time.

I'd suggest adding/removing a 'protection' flag to a tab (eg. on right-clicking), so that, on trying to close the tab, or close the window containing the tab, I get a warning...

Recently I have noticed 'Your browser is being managed by your organization. - That being ImportEnterpriseRoots' appearing in settings. I have seen this mentioned by others but as of yet I cannot see if it has been sorted yet. I have uninstalled and it went away, but it has since returned the following day. I Do not have any other anti-virus on this laptop other than Windows Defender so it cannot be that. I will not be using Firefox as default until this is gone, or at the very least know that its safe.

I DO NOT use Google for anything, if I can help it. Every time I go to my credit union's website, the google bar showing View this page in (English, in my case) or turn off for detect language shows up. I have no idea where it came from, I haven't used Chrome in years.

I've attached a small screenshot. It's not a huge deal, but I don't like google showing up at my credit union, or anywhere else.

Any help would be appreciated.

My Firefox Browser keeps crashing at random times. I was using Chrome previously and it was worse than the Firefox performance. I just installed 128 GB of brand new DDR5 RAM which I tested in windows with no error. I have no malware on my computer currently. I ran all of the usual checks that you suggested with regard to extensions and cache. Here is the most recent report ID that was generated by Firefox:

I love the pinned tabs feature. However, when I pin tabs, any more than 5 won't show up on the contracted sidebar. In the example I've uploaded, t here are 8 pinned tabs, viewable in the expanded sidebar as icons four in a row across the top. The second image shows the same window contracted, with only five of the 8 pinned tabs visible. The others are still there, but I can't see/access them without re-opening the sidebar. How do I get Firefox to show all the pinned tabs in the contracted view?

Ive been using firefox on every device for decades. This has never happened. I had 90+ tabs open, I hadn't finished sorting and saving. I've been apartment hunting so many tabs were important links. Somehow, I wasn't even doing anything with tabs, all gone. I have my complete history and 10 most recent. All I have is my phone right now, now computer access. A few weeks or months ago, Firefox suddenly wouldn't save my browsing history for longer than approximately 1 month. This is odd, because I have history turned on. I use custom history settings and only have cookies and cache deleted every time I close Firefox. Also, it does not delete the history upon closing FF, but it's simply limited to round about one month back. I have played around in about:config before, so I might have touched something there and not noticed until later.

I use Firefox 137.0.2 (64-bit) on a Windows 11.

Any ideas what might be the issue and how I could solve it?

My search history has disappeared. View/history shows a blank page. If I select "history" from the menu, "recently closed tabs" and "recently closed windows" are grayed out, and "recent history" is empty. But I've been to a dozen or more sites today. What can I do to make Firefox record my history?

I pin a bunch of pages to the home page for easy access, as it allows. But for a few days, i am unable to see the "+" symbol which lets you add pages to the rows, even when there is space in the rows.

When watching videos, switching between my Bluetooth headphones and Mac speakers will cause the sound not being able to output correctly, the video will be seem muted. Sound output is fine when using other explorer and apps. Restarting Firefox will usually fix the problem.

Today was the second time in two weeks I have lost every open tab in Firefox. Previous to this, this problem has not occurred in at least 5 years. What is going on? To utilize data from multiple sites takes a long time to relocate sites and this is becoming unacceptable. Firefox updates are better than this. Thank you for your help.

I normally put the computer to sleep at night, rather than powering down (although I do that periodically). After waking the computer, and clicking Firefox open, the browser loads with the two or three tabs I last had open, and within the minute closes. There's no warning or pop-up window saying what happened. I open it again, and within the minute it closes again. This happens four times. On the fifth try, Firefox opens without the previous tabs and with just one "New Tab" showing. After that it's fine. Also, it doesn't happen if I wake the computer and let it sit for a while before sitting down.

This is an oddity that I can live with. I'm just curious about what's going on.

I'm using Firefox 137.0.2 on a MacBook Pro (M4) macOS Sequoia 15.4.1 . I just installed Multi-Account Containers, and have a question that's not answered in any support material I can find.

Before I installed Multi-Account Containers, I had several Firefox windows open, each with many tabs. For each window, I used "Bookmark All Tabs" to save that windows set of bookmarks in a separate Bookmark folder, e.g. "Weather Obs&Forecasts", "Reading_news", "Music & Language", "Reading_miscellany".

Is there a way that I can open a new window and open all the websites in a bookmark folder at once in a single container? (I have in mind making use of Bookmarks > Reading_news > Open All in Tabs .) Because opening a new window, opening a new tab in a container, duplicating that tab 10 times, and then using Bookmarks > Reading_news to open each of the bookmarks in one of those new containerized tabs was a real drag.
