The latest update severely broke the app. At random, tabs will suddenly go back one, two, sometimes even several steps back in their history, and it is impossible to go back forward to where I was; the "forward" button is grayed out and it's like I never left the page I was suddenly thrown back to for no reason.

This can happen right after following a link, or it can happen several seconds after a page has fully loaded. When this happens, sometimes trying to follow _any_ link sends Firefox back to the same page until the app is forcefully killed and restarted.

Other people have described identical experiences in the Android reviews. Please revert the latest update. It's unusable. I have to go back to Chrome for the first time in over a decade.

I have tried disabling all extensions, and the problem persists.

I play Wordle from NY Times daily. The display has changed when visited through Firefox, remains as usual through other browsers. I have cleared the history and cache. I have deleted all data, turned on and off the VPN and restarted my phone. No joy. All other websites and browsing experience seems OK as usual.

The image I have uploaded is the current display, ie awful and not usual.

Any advice?

I have received an email from what looks like Mozilla, it says that there has been a massive data breach and my details were compromised. I'm checking to verify if this is correct.

I can't get Firefox to enable the Javascript. I go to sites that rely on Javascript, but I don't know what browsers give me security and Javascript at the same time.

I use a Galaxy A21. It still has the OEM Samsung browser.

What can I use that isn't Goole.

Looking at the screen, which identity does everybody think this message is going out as?

We observe those three possibilities. See the first image. Apparently the first possibility is the one that is chosen. I'm talking about just an email address with no name.

Okay, in the second image it turns out it was not the first possibility that was chosen it was the second possibility.

However at the bottom of the screen again we see it seems to be saying it was the first possibility.

No I'm not saying I ever expected it to be the first possibility. I'm just saying that this needs all to be 150% more clearer.

I have thunderbird installed on my android phone and my Dell laptop. I want to be able to sync my email accounts so I don't have to delete all my emails in both places. My laptop does not give me the IMAP option, only POP3. Thanks for any advise!!

I've recently updated to the latest version of Firefox on mobile and I HATE IT!! Everything was absolutely fine before they overhauled the ENTIRE UI. Need help going back to the latest previous version.

Syncing tabs, passwords are very useful, but it is quite disappointing that there are no available option (during synchronization) to select Collections as well... Or am I missing some obvious way to do that ?

in previous versions the 3 dots menu would open up the newer redesigned main menu that fills the lower 2/3rds of the screen by default, but by enabling debug settings and going into Nimbus Experiments and disabling "Android UI Redesign - Release" it could be changed back to the older, more compact dropdown-styled menu. as of one of the recent updates, the "Android UI Redesign - Release" toggle seemingly does nothing.

I preferred the older menu for several reasons. one issue being that the new menu lacks a new tab button. the others being that it just _feels_ subtly yet annoyingly worse in just about every way.

so, is there any way to still use this old menu, via about:config settings or something? or am I just SOL and need to figure out how to downgrade my version?

I would like specific instructions on how to change update default search engine as well as site setting and internet/ web pages safely and with correct information
