Hello! I’m a bit concerned because firefox has been functioning perfectly fine up to last week, when it started not crashing, but losing the opened sessions. I had many tabs that I would go back to after closing firefox. And then suddenly, when I opened it, there were no tabs at all. This happened again yesterday. And today again. I cannot find the option “restore previous session” like on the computer, so I go to history and manually restore the lost tabs, and of course it isn’t possible to remember everything, so lots are being lost. Could you help me? Many thanks!

I have contacted the company and they keep telling me it's my connection or browser and they can't help me. I know there is probably one setting that somehow is wrong but I can't get anyone to figure it out for me. I have tried everything possible. I want to try Firefox to see if it resolves some browsing issues, but the app store requires me to be on iOS 13. I am looking for an older build of Firefox I can install on my device. I get constant crashes on Firefox for iOS. When I posted this in a review in the app store, you asked me to post it here. This happens both on iPhone 13 Pro as well as on an iPad Pro 11" 2018.
There is no rule on when it happens. Sometimes it happens when switching tabs, sometimes when adding tabs by opening links in the background, sometimes when just reading. Firefox slows down, becomes very unresponsive and just closes. When I open it again, I get an "woops something went wrong" popup and the tabs open again. It usually goes better after reopening, so it's not related to the websites I was visiting. For your info, this is when visiting news sites (The Guardian, VRT NWS) or forums (modulargrid.net, modwiggler, gearspace) or anything else. It's becoming very unusable and hasn't gone away despite following the updates.
