I want to be able to open, say, pdf files and NOT have them saved in the downloads directory unless I mark them to be saved in the open dialogue. Firefox worked that way for years. I reported this as a bug, I think in V.101. After much palaver, some of it irrelevant, the bug was reported fixed, but it has not been.

The bug number — it changed frequently — I last noted down was 1738574.

I have built my life around PC's since 1981 [When a MB was ausome] Now in my 80's and suffering a mild form of dementia - I find Everything Difficult / Cannot get any help from Firefox or else where. Can Anyone help please? My email address is - [email]@ gmail.com - Thankyou! Regards - Denis

Whoever thought Firefox 89 was a good idea is not someone with whom I agree. 89 is awful - I disregarded the update notice for days but then got sick of the reminder. BAD idea on my part. Is there any way to get rid of the topmost "tab" - they ARE NOT tabs - bar? I really liked the previous tabs that LOOKED LIKE TABS and DID NOT TAKE UP MORE ROOM on the page. Can I go back to the previous version? This one is really bad. Like, REALLY bad. Firefox "developers" need to give an option to check out the new update before committing to it.

This latest update makes everything gray on the screen and you can't tell one tab from another. How do you change the color scheme? Why'd they make it so ugly? And why didn't they put this answer on the home page?

How can I submit feedback to the developers? I click Feedback in Help and get the new tab, sign-in labyrinth that goes nowhere fast and is frustrating beyond belief! Basically I want to complain about today's "New" Firefox Format - it takes up too much space on my screen - I hate it!

Since about 2 weeks ago many AOL attachments are not opening (pdf.s are but others eg Word not). I have read thru' previous messages on this (in 2021) but turning off enhanced tracking has not fixed it. My attachments open in Edge and Chrome. Like others I would like to stay with Firefox but cannot live with this problem. Help please

How do I tell Firefox their new menu labels suck like the following? Dear Firefox, USE INDUSTRY STANDARD MENU COMMANDS LIKE: DELETE BOOKMARK NEW FOLDER . When I'm looking for these options, the words "Remove" and "Add" are not recognizable! PLEASE RESTORE the ORIGINAL MENU TERMS!

I created an account in Firefox with my old e-mail; nyayesh_abdollahi@fripost.org.

However, I have since deleted that e-mail and also forgotten the login password for that Firefox-account; therefore, I can't login to it albeit it exists.

I'm not sure how this works but I do believe the best way to resolve the matter is through the deletion of the aforementioned account.

WTF?! You guys do not even have a technical support category?!?!??!

The latest update has broken ebay.com.au. It works fine in private mode. It WILL NOT WORK in troubleshooting mode. Works fine in other browsers on the same Windows 10 PC. Ive also tried disabling addons and extensions, and even Pocket, as well as browsing protection (the shield icon). It just sits there saying "transferring data from ".... the next bit varies, but usually says ebay.com.au, or sometimes a different page, but it NEVER COMPLETES.

I get that it might have trouble with unusual code, but WTF is with firefox not working with EBAY?!

I'm trying to find out what Firefox has charged something to my credit card account. I didn't order anything from Firefox. Please let me know how you plan to resolve that and, if not, I'll just call the fraud division of my credit card company. I'm confused. I don't understand how far Fox got my credit card number and how they managed to charge something to it. Not liking this at all.. get me back to me ASAP. Thanks

After update to TB Version 98.0b3 (64-bit). Using release channel as past problems with updates. I no long can find all my emails and wants me to recreate my accounts again. I did this on past update but folders get mixed up and wants you to download old emails again. I checked my Thunderbird Profile Folder which is about 200 MB Isnt there a better way of leaving old version there so you can go back to it with possible Buggy updates to TB.? Im using Win 10 Professional on Toshiba Laptop. Would appreciate some help please. Enclosed screen shot of what I have after update and appears no easy way to get to your email folders

Hi, I have a question regarding archiving sent email. If I right click an email, or a bunch of them, in my inbox and select archive, they go into my archive folder as expected. But how do I archive sent email? And a folow up question: how does Thunderbird keep track of the conversation in the archive if I archive an email in my inbox that I replied to?
