i changed my password on Yahoo mail. I need to know how to change the password Thunderbird uses to bring in Yahoo mail.

Fired up 128.2.1 this morning -- worked fine. Pulled email of my Office365 and gmail accounts no problem. Noticed there was a point update to 128.2.2 - applied the update… (funda kabanzi)
Fired up 128.2.1 this morning -- worked fine. Pulled email of my Office365 and gmail accounts no problem. Noticed there was a point update to 128.2.2 - applied the update, but now both Office365 and Gmail fail to authenticate. Time out.

I was using Thunderbird mail when up pops this pop-up asking for my password. I have never had to use a password to access my emails with thunderbird email. I tried a Yahoo mail password, a mozilla account password, a thunderbird account password--none are wanted. I can't find where to change a password or add a new password.
How can I get some help not sent via email.

I thought that maybe if there were a subscription option available now, then I would be able to subscribe, get a proper personal account, make a password for it, and once again be able to use Thunderbird for email management.
I WISH! If anyone knows the URL for a Thunderbird subscription page, please send the URL, because after much searching, I still haven't found one.
