Why can't I have my tabs below my bookmarks toolbar anymore?

Since this morning's update I've been unable to put my bookmarks toolbar where I've always had it (above the webpage tabs), so know I'm going to run the risk of hitting bookmarks when I'm trying to open or close tabs...stupid! And why are the new tabs invisible? Change for changes sake...not everything a geek comes-up with is by default 'good'.

Hi there, one major feature of Firefox is that it's so flexible. You can install the classic theme restorer add-on and restore tabs on bottom. Here are the instructions: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-to-make-new-firefox-look-like-old-firefox

That's such a geek answer (no offence meant) I've just had to download some crap I didn't need this time yesterday, to make my perfectly fine browser do what it was doing this time yesterday! And because I'm on an internet dongle it's probably cost me a couple of quid!

Marked it as solved, bookmarked all the instructions, hating the lovely Internet again! Cheers Kadir....H
