I can see my emails in WIn Explorer but cannot import them

I drilled down to the stored email folders in Carbonite and restored them to a known location. I then tried to import the folders with TB but there are only 3 folders imported and all are empty. The folders are LOCAL FOLDERS, MAIL.COMCAST.NET AND POP3.COMCAST.NET. All of these folders are empty. I tried this several times with the same result. I really need those files! I am using Win 8.1 and TB 24

It worked! I had to copy the folders without extensions to my HD from the Carbonite backup drive, then they imported without a problem. Now i can rebuild my folders and filters and things are getting back to normal. Many, many Thanks!
