Can you clear the question? Is it like you want Webmaker tools running from your server or you want to save your works on your server?

Actually both. We want to save our works on our server. When our users want to see a web video, this web video has to run from our server. I hope I now have cleared my question. :)

You can run popcorn maker on your server unofficially by using butter library from here: https://github.com/mozilla/butter

You can run this library on you server using node.js platform.
