As above, I have an old system: a Pentrum 4, CPU 3GHz, RAM 1GB and although the taskmaster indicates that the CPU is not stressed, Firefox crashes consistently. This is particularly frustrating when I am not working on the internet because I can't see the "unresponsive script" notification, so can't take action.

I use Google mail as my homepage and it will sometimes crash if I leave it open on google mail when I leave the room with nothing else running. I always shut down and re-load if I have to use Flash player

hello donald, could you provide your latest few submitted crash reports? please enter about:crashes into the location bar, copy the latest few report ids from there & paste them here into a forum reply. this will give us a better understanding what may be triggering those crashes. thank you!
