My address book disappeared; how do I get it back?
My husband downloaded some sites he shouldn't have. I removed them, but since then we don't have our list of names. We are getting emails, but there is no way we can sending any

Did the new account wizard come, and did you have to re-create your account(s)?

What happens if you start to type the name or address of a correspondent into the addressing box of a new message?
And what happens if you press F9 whilst in the Write window?

When I pressed F9, the addresses pop up, but I can't separate them from the email. At least, I know they're still there. Thanks
What exactly does 'I can't separate them from the email' mean?
