Can't log in. Try to change password but it doesnt show up in email
Just trying to log in to Thunderbird. It does'nt recognize my login or password. I try to change them, Thunderbird says it sent new one to my email. Go to my email and its not there. What i am eventually trying to do is to find a tutorial of how to use my newly installed pgp program. I need something simple that I c an write down and follow so I don't make a mistake. I am NOT "computer literate" in any way. EVERYTHING is a struggle for me so having a "cheat sheet" for pgp protocol is the only way I can think of to commit it to memory. Sorry for the long winded message, don't know any other way to get my point accross. Thanks, Charles

That you are not computer literate is somewhat obvious, so forgive me if this comes over wrong.
Your requesting password resets. If from Mozilla, you resetting your password for this site most likely as Thunderbird has no password. Nor does Thunderbird issue passwords or mail accounts. Your mail provider however does provide passwords for your mail accounts. Can you set up your existing mail accounts in Thunderbird and get them to send and receive mail? Without any reference to PGP.
PGP I assume is the enigmail add-on for Thunderbird...which is supported from here https://www.enigmail.net/support/ although you will struggle more than a little with it I think. If you have the WebPg for Mozilla it is supported from here https://webpg.org/
