Real Downloader works for a time then stops working. I have to close Firefox 27.0 and restart to make it work again.

Isisombululo esikhethiwe

Hello Paul7177,

Thanks for contacting Mozilla Support. After looking over Real's support page they recommend the following:

Check that the plugin is enabled in your browsers. 1. Click the Tools menu. 2. Select Add-ons. 3. Locate RealDownloader. 4. If the button says "Disable" that means the plugin is currently enabled. 5. If the button says "Enable", click that button. Click Restart Now.

Note: If you use IE or Firefox, Download This Video will not work if your browser is set to Private Browsing. Please close and re-launch the browser window and try again.

Could it be that you're trying to use it under private browsing?

If checking the plugin does not work and you're not private browsing I would suggest contacting Real's Support here

Please let us know if this solves your issue.

Cheers, Patrick
