When accessing a web page via Thunderbird emails, it does open Firefox but will not show/Play the item. If I copy the link from the email then open Firefox and paste it in..tit works immediately every time. (I have Vista 32 home edition and run AVG anti spam etc in background) Bill

Hello,

Can you please let me know the Thunderbird version you are using? You can check the version and update it to latest version from Application Menu (located on right top) >> Help >> About Thunderbird. Please let me know if you already have the latest version of Thunderbird or if the issue persists after upgrade. Also, please let me know the content type(s) that is/are having issues in showing/playing.

Awaiting your reply.
