I keep getting a video player update screen that seems unsafe
When I am browsing I get a new window with a message about updating my video player with a popup style window in front that just says accept and install. All my video players are up to date and this sure seems like something that would either be automatic or in add-ons.
I have a screenshot as a jpg if that will help.
Thanks.

A screenshot may be helpful in this case.
Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.
You can try these free programs to scan for malware, which work with your existing antivirus software:
- Microsoft Safety Scanner
- MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware
- TDSSKiller - AntiRootkit Utility
- Hitman Pro
- ESET Online Scanner
Microsoft Security Essentials is a good permanent antivirus for Windows 7/Vista/XP if you don't already have one.
Further information can be found in the Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware article.

It just doesn't look right to me and I don't know how to block it.
