why i can't download the last update of firefox os

I have an alcatel fire and when i try o download the last update when the cellphone reboot it appears an image with a cellphone and in the middle like a warning sign and i have to take the battery of the phone in order to turn the phone on what can i do?

Can you please confirm if the Firefox OS update was installed on your device, or is it that the device is not usable after you tried to update the phone.

Can you also please mention

  1. The previous version of Firefox OS (if you recollect i.e.)
  2. If you were downloading the update on Wi-Fi or 3G
  3. If you were downloading the update from your carrier or if you were trying to upgrade using USB

Well after i tried to update the phone reboot by it self and then the orange screen appears with the image of the cellphone and i can't use the phone at all and when i took the battery off an turn the phone on again it says that an error ocurred while installing the update the version of the os is 1.0.1.0 i download it with 3G speed with my carrier

The cellphone in the middle like a warning side means that the update is being installed onto the phone. You shouldn't be touching the battery but letting it installed during this time.
